He was very pleasant, helpful, and a wonderful personality!! This all means a lot, especially to older people such as us. He made us feel a lot better about being so naive of all the new gadgets on the car. That was very important, because had he not been as considerate as he was, we probably would not have bought a car. Now we just have to learn all about our new car. More
