Hassle and Hussle Free I chose this dealership based on an online ad. Before my visit, I spoke with a rep and expressed my expectations for a trade in and down payment. When I chose this dealership based on an online ad. Before my visit, I spoke with a rep and expressed my expectations for a trade in and down payment. When I showed up, the car I wanted was there. I was given a fair value on my trade in and there was no surprise with the down payment. No wheeling and dealing, no back and forth. Everything was straight forward and honest. I got exactly what I wanted. My sales rep Iggy was very personable and helped me feel very at ease with the entire process. My overall experience was very positive. I'd highly recommend this delarship to anyone who is in the market to buy a vehicle. More

niche vehicle for a niche buyer I've been looking at Smart EV cabrio's for a number of months and found one here at this dealer that was worth taking a look at. They priced it right, I've been looking at Smart EV cabrio's for a number of months and found one here at this dealer that was worth taking a look at. They priced it right, were nice to deal with, and completed the final transaction fairly quickly. One suggestion; when taking a vehicle in as a trade please go through the vehicle's electronic systems and erase a) the name of the previous buyer, b) erase her home address from the navigation system, c) erase her 'favorites' from the phone call log. In general, why not just do a system reset and erase everything? I did nothing nefarious with the info, but others might be inclined to do something different. More

stay away I"m old customer of this dealer and I bought until now 4 cars from them. Before this was a good place to do business but not anymore. I went there for I"m old customer of this dealer and I bought until now 4 cars from them. Before this was a good place to do business but not anymore. I went there for certified car, they showed me one I liked it even if the price was higher compare to other dealers but I decided to buy it from them because I trusted the dealer, big mistake. After 2 days of driving the car the problems with started, and after about a week there was about 10 complains from it (bad AC, bad heat, noise from the engine even the wiper blades were bad) for certified car that should pass 175 point inspection that was too much. I went , there to talk with them and their mechanic start to say that almost everything is normal ans so on. I ended returning the car with big financial lost and had to buy from them new one because they refuse to take it back without buying another one from them. So they lost me as a customer and PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM SPECIALLY FOR USED CARS. More
