I was in desperate need of a new car, and had been for a long time. From the moment we walked in, Rob Lee was friendly and didn't make we feel pressured. Sherri is very nice for a sales person she has good follow up and believes in what she is selling I cam in for a oil change and left with a new car and she did work with me to get what I wanted. Emily went out of her way to make sure we knew what every button and lever was for on the new car that we bought. Sherri was the best sales people we have ever encountered. Going car shopping is normally like getting a tooth pulled and walking into a dealer always has felt like you are being lead into a cag encountered. All the staff at chevrolet of Naperville were friendly and knowledgable. They answer all our questions and we never felt pressured. They went out of there way to satisfied us in fixing the little things and knowledgable. They answer all our questions and we never felt pressured. I would gladly do business with them again and recommend to other people. When we ask the staff about accessories for the vehicle and couldn't get them due to after business hours of the parts area, they said they would get them and ship directly to our home since we were three hours away from the dealership. After the purchase called them couple days later and they still answer all our questions of things we didn't notice or think about to ask at the time of purchase. They give us great directions to get to the dealership. The interent sales person Tom Hawks was very professional, informative and curtious to us when we arrive. Jim the appraisal of our vehicle was great to work with during the negotiating process. All the staff we work with had exceptional patience and manners. I have dealt with Chevrolet of Naperville for several years and continue to do business there due to the professionalism of the sales staff (Rob is extremely knowledgable about Chevrolet products and did years and continue to do business there due to the professionalism of the sales staff (Rob is extremely knowledgable about Chevrolet products and did a fantastic job of describing the different functions in the new Equinox he sold to us), but particularly service after the sale. I fully believe this dealership is head and shoulders above all others I have dealt with in this respect because the folks that work in the service department have obviously been educated about the importance of keeping customers coming back to the same dealership. That, combined with folks like Rob Lee selling vehicles, is a rare combination as far as I'm concerned. More
