I stopped by Dan Wolf Chevrolet to look at new & used suv's. Sherri came out to help me (even though she was not actually working that day)! She was never pushy & after we had looked at some vehicles, she gave me her card & said to call her if I had any more questions. What? I was totally expecting her to sit me down, get the financial people involved, etc! I knew right then that I would come back & purchase a vehicle from her because I appreciated the way she treated me, like a friend! My husband & I came back later that evening (Sherri was gone because she wasn't supposed to be working anyway!), so we worked with her partner, Pat. He was very nice also & helped us get the vehicle we wanted. Everyone we met & worked with were very courteous & helpful. When I drove up to the dealer to follow my friend, a saleswoman approached me and said she had noticed my car. I was currently driving a Saturn Aura and had no intentions of purchasing a new car. Sherri changed all that. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about Saturn. She used to work for Saturn before coming to Dan Wolf Chevrolet. We talked about the benefits of trading in my Saturn Aura for a new 2010 Chevy Malibu LS. Sherri was very upfront and honest about my options. Sherri answered all my questions and knew all the important details about the Malibu I was interested in. She laid out the benefits and rewards of owning a new Malibu. She has a great personality and a great sense of humor. Sherri worked with me right away and made me feel like family. When I told her that my friend and I hadn't eaten prior to visiting the dealer, she got us pizza and hot wings to tide us over. She even went out of her way to buy us ice cream from a drive by ice cream truck!!! I am putting this in my review to demonstrate how awesome and caring Sherri is. At no time did I feel uncomfortable or pressured into a sale. In a short amount of time, Sherri made me feel important, fed me, made me and my friend part of her Chevy family, and got me into a great Chevy Malibu. If you go to Dan Wolf Chevrolet, make sure that you see Sherri. She is the reason that I will be a part of the Chevy family for years to come. More

Sales person was knowledgable and easy to talk to. There wasn't a "high pressure" sales pitch from anyone there... as so often asscociated with car dealerships I've dealt with in the past. Very pleased with Dan Wolfe Chevrolet! We ended up not purchasing a vehicle through this dealer but we would have! My daughter purchased a used car from Dan Wolf Chevrolet in Naperville, Il. As she was driving it home the speedometer broke. (We had had the vehicle 3-weeks without any other problems.) The vehicle was sol in Naperville, Il. As she was driving it home the speedometer broke. (We had had the vehicle 3-weeks without any other problems.) The vehicle was sold “As Is / No Warrantee” and the warrantee we purchased would cover a component like the speedometer. I called a manager we had talked to in purchasing the vehicle and asked him if he could do anything for us. He replied, “You just bought the car.” (I think he was thinking out-loud.) “Yaaaa, bring the car in and we’ll make it right.” (Later I researched the problem on the internet and found out the problem we observed occurs suddenly and was most likely due to the near zero degree weather.) The speedometer could only be fixed by replacing the entire instrument cluster, which was done at no cost to us. That’s five stars in my book. More
I have had regular maintenance for my truck over the past 7 years and have always had very good service. There has been a difference the past year or so when I have had Lori DeVega my service consultant. She has displayed an ideal for customer service. Customer service isn't found very often these days, but Lori must be from the old school; her ability to explain what has happened to my truck and then go on to inform me of what needs to be done to repair it in layman terms is truly top notch. All of the service consultants are very good as well as the mechanics at this dealership, but Lori kicks that bar up another level. I have never had any misgivings in leaving my truck there for regular maintenance, or for the rare repair. More
I've always known the staff at Horizon to be very polite over the past 15 years, but I had an emergency repair/service situation that really proved how professional their service dept really is. <br>The bat over the past 15 years, but I had an emergency repair/service situation that really proved how professional their service dept really is. <br>The battery in my company fleet car (Grand Prix) proved defective and the local Pontiac dealership refused to service the car due to the service plan HP uses (GE), Horizon provided assistance not only as expected regarding the service plan but also picked up the warranty replacement of the battery. They took the car immediately since it was non-functioning and had it repaired and ready as promised! <br>All of their staff was very friendly and a great pleasure to work with! More
