I fully believe this dealership is head and shoulders above all others I have dealt with in this respect because the folks that work in the service department have obviously been educated about the importance of keeping customers coming back to the same dealership. Awful! First the sales man told us our payments would be one price then when we signed the papers it ended up being much more. They never told us the actual price we would be paying for the vehicle. They promised to call us to set up on-star and they didn't. On top of that they messed up on our loan paperwork and i didn't find out until I called the bank weeks later to see where my payment book was. When i called the bank i found out my loan was never put through! When i called the dealership to find out what was going on they didn't answer my calls so left many messages! They sent me new paperwork in the mail that they wanted me to sign without even talking to me! Worst car buying experience EVER! More

They were quick to answer my phone calls and all of my questions regarding the vehicle and I felt that very little was withheld from me. The vehicle I purchased was in even better condition then they described it and they really did a bang up job detailing the car and showing off what the car should look like. The price they gave me was an outstanding deal for the mileage and condition the vehicle was in and they made financing the car as pleasant an experience as it can be. Overall I would definitely recommend to a friend or family member to purchase from Dan Wolf and would easily consider purchasing another vehicle from them in the future. They seem to take a lot of pride in what they do and it clearly shows. More

Unfortunately I have bought a brand new 2010 Chevy Aveo from them, which it turned to be a nightmare, has been in the shop four times within the first month of the purchase, dealer personnel don't return p from them, which it turned to be a nightmare, has been in the shop four times within the first month of the purchase, dealer personnel don't return phone calls, the swithboard operator is rude on the phone, the branch manager does not do anything for you if you need assitance literaly he does not care about the cutomers. They all (sales, finance, receptionist and manager) don't treat customers as customers they try to get you off the phone without listening to what you have to say, they lie and hide information that is very important for your purchase. I also bought an extended warranty that is worth less for 1000 and after the whole 3 week hassle to cancel it they gave me back only 900, the finance person (Andy) told me he was going to send me the check for the rest of the money the same week, it's been two weeks and nothing yet. Then I tried to trade- in this car at some different dealers and no one wanted it because they all say it is a piece of crap, I paid $15,600 for it with 12 miles on it and no body would give me more than $6,000 with 1200 miles for it. Finally a dealer accepted the trade in for a very little amount in comparation with what I paid. I lost $7000 and a lot of time. You decide if you want to do business with them, my whole experience has been horrible, I just hope this prevents you from ruined your credit and saves you from a lot of bad feelings and a dramatic experience.
