I returned to this dealer because the service of my 2008 Chevy Impala was so good. Lori DeVega is so curtious, and makes sure my wait time is at a minimum. From the first minute, Emily was personable, informative, FUNNY, genuine, helpful, and so knowledgeable. She took care of me from beginning to end when I drove off the lot. She kept me in the loop about everything that was required and what the status was of each step of the financing. I had a fantastic experience working with her. Sammy was equally wonderful in financing, and gave me detailed information about what my options were. Also extremely personable and easy to work with, ask questions of, and genuinely interested in getting me the best option. Andy worked through at least 3 negotiations with the bank to get me the deal I requested, and even after I had conceded a point, he continued working until he got it. Even the people I wasn't directly working with were very customer-service oriented and friendly. The overall atmosphere was really pleasant and I would recommend them very highly to anyone! More

I was in desperate need of a new car, and had been for a long time. This was my first time buying a car, and was worried that I'd have the typical "salesmen" on my back the second I stepped onto the lot, a long time. Emily Smith did an exemplary job of listening to my needs, my preferences and price range and did diligent work to find something that fit my specifications. She was very easy-going, genuine, and had a great sense of humor. She didn't try to gloss over anything and did everything she could to make sure I found the car that fit me. From the moment we walked in, Rob Lee was friendly and didn't make we feel pressured. He is very personable and took as much time that I needed to make a final decision (and believe me I took my time). Ev didn't make we feel pressured. Sherri is very nice for a sales person she has good follow up and believes in what she is selling I cam in for a oil change and left with a new car and she did work with me to get what I wanted. Emily went out of her way to make sure we knew what every button and lever was for on the new car that we bought.
