While on a visit in the Naperville area, we were looking for a new truck, not really intending on buying, right away, that is until my husband and I were going through the car lot and Emily jumped out at us for a new truck, not really intending on buying, right away, that is until my husband and I were going through the car lot and Emily jumped out at us. She said to us "you can't buy a new truck by window shopping, come on and drive one". We did, and the next thing we new , we were in side and Emily went to work doing everything she could to get us in the beautiful red truck that we saw, by Monday morning we were able to take our new truck home. thank you also to Andrew Munson who went to work on our finances and was able to get our payment right where we needed it to be, And to make things even better when we got to our truck, it was detailed so well we thought we were driving in a brand new truck. Everyone we dealt with at Chevy of Naperville was outstanding. My wife and I went there only planning to check out the selection of Equinox's. Sales GM Wayne Michor helped us understand the pricing benefits between leasing and buying and really helped get the deal done. The test-drive track was really impressive. It's a really cool feature to have. All other test-drives I've done before were just around the block. This track had inclines, wet roads (for braking) and even uneven pavement to demonstrate 4x4/AWD. A very cool feature... More
Walking into a car dealership can be a very nerve wrecking experience as many sales associates are too pushy and attack you like a shark. Most associates are so interested in making a sale, they forget to listen to the potential buyer’s actual needs and desires. This was not the case at Naperville Chevrolet. Emily not only made the experience pleasant and comfortable, but listened to what my friend needed and was able to put her son Mark into a good reliable vehicle he liked and could afford. Her professionalism throughout the process was awesome and the support she had from Premo with the finances and the explanation of the paperwork was commendable. We were also very very pleased with the vehicle preparation by Shawn, and his group, which made it possible to drive the car home the same day. THANK YOU Emily, Premo, Shawn and Naperville Chevrolet for a terrific experience. I plan on returning to make a purchase of my own in a year for myself. More

Upon arrival at the dealership my wife Debbie and I had somewhat made our minds up on buying a new Traverse (maybe not purchasing one on this day but who knows). After looking at the vehicles in the lot fo somewhat made our minds up on buying a new Traverse (maybe not purchasing one on this day but who knows). After looking at the vehicles in the lot for about 10 - 15 minutes, out comes Sherri to help us out. After the introductions she proceeded to find out what our needs for the vehicle were. It started to rain alittle so we went into the showroom where Sherri got us something to drink and we discussed the options that we liked in the Traverse. Sherri left for a few minutes and came back with a set of keys to a vehicle that we were going out for a drive in. Sherri drove us to their TEST TRACK - what an experience! My wife drove on the track with Sherri in the front passenger seat explaining all the options. My wife was slightly nervous but I think driving the track helped her get past all that. Sherri took us back to the dealership where we discussed purchasing the vehicle. I think we all would like to get a better deal, but all in all ours was fine. Everything went smoother than any other purchases I've had at other places. When we came back to take ownership of our NEW Traverse there was Sherri to help us through this process (Onstar & XM radio) she also went through any questions we had and talked about the options on the Traverse.
