My husband and I had the best experience buying a new car when we were buying our new Chevy Equinox. Our Sales Associate was Emily Smith and she was helpful and friendly from the beginning. My husband spoke to Tom Hawkes before coming to the dealer and when we got there it was a Saturday so it was a bit busy and we didn't see him. Emily came out to help us after we looked around the lot for about 15 minutes and she was wonderful from the beginning. She wasn't pushy, but she was knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to deal with from the start to the end. We were there until late on a Saturday night and at no point did she ever make us feel like we were rushed or that we were a bother for keeping her there working so late. I honestly felt like we were there with our friend helping us and I can't say I have ever felt like about a sales person while purchasing a car before. I would definitely recommend buying a car at this dealership and I would tell any of my friends and family to have Emily help them. This was a great experience and we love our new car. More
From the first time I walked in door, greeted by Adulfo, I was made to feel welcome and at ease. This was my first experience with Chevrolet of Naperville so my expectations were neutral and I had only a va I was made to feel welcome and at ease. This was my first experience with Chevrolet of Naperville so my expectations were neutral and I had only a vague idea that a Camaro was to be my next purchase. I had arrange by e-mail and phone to meet with Sherri just after lunch. However, my business in Wheaton finnished much earlier than I expected and I arrived at the dealership early and Adulfo stepped in for Sherri who was with another customer. I found the choice and quality of cars outstanding, the knowledge and demeanor of Adulfo refreshing and within a couple of hours the car was selected, test driven, haggled over and purchased. Apart from missing lunch, a very pleasant experience. As I had my vehicle with me I decided to collect the car next day. I was collected from my home in the morning by Sherri who guided me smoothly through the final purchase process. I was then introduced to and welcomed by key Team Members as I progressed finally to collect my car. However, before I was allowed to leave the forecourt, Sherri ensured that I was familiar with the controls and safety aspects of my new car as well as the, sometimes, daunting task of figuring out the audio and navigation systems. My whole experience with Chevrolet of Naperville has, to date, been very satisfactory and most pleasant and I look forward to future business with pleasure. More
I had a pleasant purchasing experience with no forced sales pitch and I had the pleasure of working with two knowledgeable sales associates, first when I was thinking of purchasing a new Chevrolet I work sales pitch and I had the pleasure of working with two knowledgeable sales associates, first when I was thinking of purchasing a new Chevrolet I worked with Sherri Pacchiano, she was fantastic! Sherri was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I later decided to purchase a Used vehicle and when I came back Sherri was out of the dealership and I was able to work with Adulfo Jacquez who was equally accommodating and both associates would make a purchase as easy as possible. The Finance Dept was great as well, Andy Munson made the process quick and easy, even saving me money on my extended warranty, which is crucial when purchasing a pre-driven vehicle. She was extremely helpful and went well beyond the call of duty to help us find our new car even staying late one night and coming in on her day off the next. Ultimately we found a Jeep Compass that would meet our needs and decided to buy. The process of actually making the purchase went smoothly and the finance staff even managed to get me a decent interest rate despite my less than stellar credit history. I would definitely purchase from this dealer again and recommend them to others. More

I used to own a 2004 Ford Crown Vic. The car broke down on Odgen Ave. Right across from Dan Wolf Chevrolet Of Naperville Store. The water pump blew anti-freeze all over the place. I told Emily what type of vehicle I needed for work, and for coaching soccer. Emily search & search until Emily found me a 2008 Chevy Tahoe. I saw the vehicle and said Okay. Then Emily took me to see Manager Jim and then Sammy Saad. They all worked very hard to find a vehicle & financing for it. It was a great experiance!!! More
