I have been buying new chevy's since 1982, befor that I had a new 79 grand prix. In all my purchases I've never had a salesperson hand me the keys and say "go take it, show your wife'. Emily smith and I took the car over to my wifes work place and the deal was made. Never had I had a salesperson do that. later Emily was very helpful explaning all the other great things we were getting with bumper to bumper and the preferred owners program. Sammy Saad was great with the financing telling us we had options weather to go this way or that. He waas very helpful, because I look at financing as just "vig" you have to pay. Sammy explained we didn't have to go the cheapest finance, we went a little higher to take some extra protection. Being at my age I'm pretty sure I'll never be able to own a new silverado again but I wouldn't have any worries buying a used one from Emily. You got some good people in those two. I hope you appreciate them the way my wife and I do. thanks again More

We recently purchased a used trailblazer and had a great experience. Emily wasn't even working the night we met her, but she took the time to stay late to show us some cars. We have found our new family dealership. The friendly staff and no pressure experience made us go back. My husband purchased a certified used car in March 2011 & we returned again in July. Emily Smith was the best car salesperson I have ever dealt with. I cannot say enough good things about her. We were in the market for a new Suburban to replace ours that was 6 years old. We were talk dealt with. I cannot say enough good things about her. We were in the market for a new Suburban to replace ours that was 6 years old. We were talking to both Emily and a salesperson at another dealership. We could not decide which options were most important to us on an LT (the manufacturer does not allow all we wanted, the option packages could not be combined). They did many searches for colors and options. We spent a few weeks doing this, but could not find what we wanted. We decided to upgrade to the LTZ to get all the options we wanted, and had to start the search for colors and options again. Because it was the end of the model year, what we wanted was not within 150 miles. We were having a really hard time deciding what we wanted while staying within a budget. Emily was incredibly patient with us, I cannot say the same for the other dealership. Chev of Naperville ended up making us an incredible offer on an LTZ they had on the lot. It had more options than we wanted, but they negotiated a price we couldn’t refuse. Now that we have our vehicle home, we love it. We are so happy with the color and feel we will have this vehicle for a long time. When it is time to purchase a new vehicle we will definitely go back to Emily. This was the most fun experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. Emily was never “pushy” and truly wanted to get us a vehicle we (and our kids) would be happy with. I can honestly say I will miss talking with Emily ten times a day! She was very kind, patient and supportive. This is a rare find in a salesperson. I will definitely have my vehicle serviced at the dealership so I can go back and visit with her. I highly recommend Emily to anyone going to this dealership to purchase a vehicle. More

I had quite a few questions and he would always answer the phone and take the time to talk to me. From the minute I walked into the dealership to shop until the minute I drove my new car off the lot, Amin was with me the whole time. I truly felt it was more about ME than selling me a car. Looked at 3 Corvettes, one here in Indy, one I drove to Michigan, and one I flew down to Florida and all of them were misrepresented. Saw the Corvette on line from Naperville Chevrolet and called and spok Michigan, and one I flew down to Florida and all of them were misrepresented. Saw the Corvette on line from Naperville Chevrolet and called and spoke to Travis. I ended up "grilling" Travis over and over for about 3 days straight on the condition of this car. I wasn't going to drive up to the Chicago area for another misrepresented auto. I told Travis about my misadventures over the past few weeks and I begged him to tell me something that was not right with the car so I won't have to find out about it when I arrive. He took his cell phone and the keys and walked the car and gave me play by play of the condition. If Travis was telling the truth then this was the car for me. But still skeptical, I called him again the next day and "grilled" him some more. Travis stayed calm and handled me like a professional. I would of hung up on me a long time ago. I agreed to the condition and the price and was on my way up the next morning. Well Travis also misrepresented the car, although in this case he misrepresented the other way. The car was even better than he described. I was very pleased with the professionalism and customer treatment. Travis put his best man with me to go over the car and take the test drive. Very knowledgeable in Corvettes. I felt secure with the info I was getting. More
