My wife and I saw a few Vehicles on the Internet and were headed to WI for the weekend so we took a little detour to take a look at them. I had a great experience with Chevrolet of Naperville. Emily Smith was awesome. She was genuine and was very personable. When I came in to check out the car, it was ready to go for the test drive. The test track was great, but I was concerned about a couple warning lights that were on on the dash. One was a low tire warning and the other was a maintenence required light. This was no problem, Emily had me drive it around to the garage were a mechanic was able to clear both lights right then and there. Thanks also to the mechanic, who took the time away from what he was working on to look at the car and make it right. Emily was not bothered by the fact that it was after closing time and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. I decided I wanted the car. The next day was Emily's day off. Not only did she come in on her day off, but she also drove out of her way to pick me up in Yorkville to take me to Naperville to get the car. She also waited around about an hour for me to go through all of the financial stuff and personally delivered the car to me. It was a great car buying experience and I hate car shopping. Thanks again to all of the staff and especially Emily for my Prius. With my Prius, I now feel that I am better then everybody. bahahahaha. More
