Sherri took her time explaining every feature, answering every question or concern I had with patience and professionalism. She even took me to the private test drive course and explained more features as I drove. As we finalized the sale of the car (it was instant love at first drive), Sherri continued to make the sale process as painless as possible, EVEN ON HER DAY OFF she made herself available to answer any questions I had!!!! Upon receipt of the new "love of my life", Sherri spent over an hour of her own time, explaining all the features of the car, as well as setting up my radio stations and OnStar!! WOW! I had gone out for a test drive with Sherri Pacchiano, who did a wonderful job going over everything about the car and how the final numbers would pan out. However, the numbers were just more than we had bargained for, and I was disappointed to not be able to buy a car from Sherri and Dan Wolf Chevrolet because it was such a nice experience. However, the next morning my husband found a used 2011 Traverse online with all the same bells and whistles for a great price...at CHevy of Naperville! It had just arrived! When I called Sherri to tell her we wanted to look at the used car, she got right on it and I went and test drove it about an hour later. They had already made an excellent offer on our trade in, so after the test drive I was ready to buy. Working with Sherri was wonderful, she is very professional and pleasant and helpful. She introduced us to the manager of the service department who went over how to bring in the car for service.
