I can't say enough good things about this dealership or the salesmen Rob Lee. I went in there after a horrible experience with my 2011 Ford Edge that was returned via the lemon law after nothing but headac the salesmen Rob Lee. I went in there after a horrible experience with my 2011 Ford Edge that was returned via the lemon law after nothing but headaches from Willowbrook Ford and Ford C/S people. I made a huge mistake ever leaving GM and trying a Ford. Now I'm back and what a difference in both cars and in dealerships. These people are so friendly and easy to work with and they were never pushy or trying to sell me something I didn't want. I spent lots of time with several Chevy dealerships and found this one to be the best. We actually had fun buying the car and fun working with the finance gentleman. After we left there with the car I felt so much more comfortable and felt I had a complete dealership behind me and in front of me for support if I or my wife ever need them. Thanks Rob,,, B-) More

I stopped into Dan Wolf Chevy to look at a used car that I had seen on Cars.com. I was promptly greeted by Gary Kujawinski, who inquired about what I was looking for. I test drove the car and told Gary I thought it was what I was looking for, but wasn't 100% sure. Gary asked questions, but was never forceful or pushy, which I appreciated. Ultimately, Gary and his manager Jim addressed a concern with the wheels by having them repaired for me, and I purchased the vehicle 3 days later. I was very happy with transaction, love my car, and would recommend their dealership to anyone looking for a new Chevy or used vehicle. More
As soon as we got there we were greeted by Emily. She was so friendly and she asked so many questions to see what I needed in a car. I first started my search on line and found a car located at this dealer and wanted a test drive, I sent a request via email and within 1 hour I was contacted by Chuck. I informed Chuck I would be in today 1 at this dealer and wanted a test drive, I sent a request via email and within 1 hour I was contacted by Chuck. I informed Chuck I would be in today 12/13/11 to have a look at the car and a test drive. Upon arrival the Manager meet me (Travis I think), informed me that Chuck was not available but Sherri would help. I explained the situation to Sherri and she was very understanding and helpful. She was knowladge about the car I was interested in and worked within my schedule, no pressure at all from anyone regarding the sale of this or any vehicle. I have purchased a few cars in my life and this was woithout a doubt the best experience to date. I felt my trade in value was very reasonable considering the circumstances ( accident the previous day). Throughout the entire afternoon and evening Sherri was very accomodating to my schedule, dropping off and picking up my daughter. I arrived at the dealership kind of wanting a Cruze. Emily Smith was my salesperson and had me sit in a Cruze, and we chatted a little, and she recommended a larger car, an Equinox. My big concerns were (1) safety and (2) price, and Emily insisted that I look at the engine so that she could show me the safety features built in there. She knew that I was 'shopping' and was friendly, helpful, did NOT ask if I would buy a car today if I found the one I wanted. I returned a few days later and Emily was not there but the floor manager at the time very courteously took my keys to look at my current car so that I could get a trade-in price on it. I was impressed that the staff worked as a team. I did shop three other dealers, two of whom were very courteous as well. But I returned to Emily, and she tweaked the price and sent me out a happy person. For example, she said, 'if you don't want the roof rails, we can save you $100'. Since I am in my 60's I am not going to be hauling stuff on the roof; she knew that, she knew that price was an issue, and she helped me accordingly. The day that I returned to buy the car, their finance office could not have been nicer. I turned down some extras, accepted others, and after Premo presented each, he just nodded and either entered the price or passed it by. Before I left, Emily had initiated my Onstar, taken my phone and connected it with the car's Bluetooth, introduced me to the service manager, and reviewed the basic mechanics of the car with me. Service did not end with the sale. I would be very comfortable sending a friend to Chevrolet of Naperville; I feel like I was treated with respect. More
Awesome experience. Both Jim Capparelli and Jim Vegetabile went out of their way to show us the full array of vehicles (new and used) and available options. We had decided that we wanted to buy a replacement for our current car and checked the out Chevrolet of Naperville website to see if they had the car in stock. I was looking for a reliable used car online when I came across Chevrolet of Naperville. The website was great! When I contacted Chevrolet of Naperville to request a test drive, Chuck was not only professional but very friendly! When I arrived at the car lot, the car I was interested in was waiting for me, in an INDOOR HEATED GARAGE! Wow, what great customer focus! Sherri met me at the door and directed me to the car. Sherri took her time explaining every feature, answering every question or concern I had with patience and professionalism. She even took me to the private test drive course and explained more features as I drove. As we finalized the sale of the car (it was instant love at first drive), Sherri continued to make the sale process as painless as possible, EVEN ON HER DAY OFF she made herself available to answer any questions I had!!!! Upon receipt of the new "love of my life", Sherri spent over an hour of her own time, explaining all the features of the car, as well as setting up my radio stations and OnStar!! WOW! This has possibly been the best sale experience I have ever had! Thanks again to Sherri, Chuck and the staff at Chevrolet of Naperville. More
