My husband and I were looking for a new Equinox and Emily Smith was the first person that asked us if we needed help. The next day she took us on a very impressive test ride. She went over all the great points of the Equinox, and we did end up purchasing the car that day. She also took me to the service department and introduced me to Lori DeVega who explained the service department to me in detail. After the deal was completed, she took the time to go over all the details of the car so we could safely drive the car out of the lot. The next day she called me to make sure everthing was Ok. I went into the dealership just browsing as I began my search for a used car, each time I visited different car dealership I was greeted by a sales person but once I informed them I was just browsing the search for a used car, each time I visited different car dealership I was greeted by a sales person but once I informed them I was just browsing the sales person would say "let me know if something interest you" and walk away. This was my 2nd time visiting Naperville Chevy and when I went in this time I encountered Salesperson Emily Smith whom I informed I was just browsing as well; her approach to my statement was totally different. Emily was extremely welcoming and willing to assist whether or not I was ready to buy then or not. Emily was very knowledgeable and passionate when speaking with me and wasn't overzealous to sell to me at that time. Emily gave me her business card and informed me she understands I wasn't ready to purchase at that time but as I continue my search for a new car I could contact her with any question or concerns I may have even if it wasn't a car that she is able to sell she will get the answer for me. I decided at that time Emily would be the person I bought my car through based off Emily's passion and willingness to assist me. I contacted Emily via phone several times after that and she always answered my questions, based off the wonderful information she provided me I decided it was better for me to purchase a new car. I called Emily 2 weeks after my 1st encounter with her on a Tuesday at 8:52pm and informed her I would be in the next day to make my purchase; she informed me she was off Wednesday but let her know what time I would like to come in and she would come in to assist me. Wednesday I walked in the dealership at 2:30pm and Emily was there with a smile on her face eager to assist me. She was extremely patient and went over everything step by step with me. Emily Rocks and gets my vote as Best Sales Person Ever! More

This is the third new car I have ever bought and the the experience was GREAT! The first two times were bad, high pressure and rude sales people, it felt like a battle of me vers them. This time they let us experience was GREAT! The first two times were bad, high pressure and rude sales people, it felt like a battle of me vers them. This time they let us take our time with the car and left us alone, but were close by if we had any questions. When it came down to the purchase they worked with me to get me into the right car that worked with what I could afford, and showed me what the other dealers were doing just to get people in the door.
