She took her time, did not push me into a decision and helped by understanding and caring authentically about my needs and situation. I appreciated her honesty while she also did a very professional job of selling me a car. I felt as though if I wanted I could have walked away and returned still feeling welcomed and would receive the help I needed. She made the experience much less stressful for me and I appreciate that! Jim was understanding and helpful, also added to the experience by supporting my need for a new vehicle and helped in every way he could. He was friendly and personable and I appreciated his hand shake and congratulations when financing went through! Sherri was thorough and patient with me and my son as we had been at the dealership all day, were ready to go and she helped up through understanding onstar and the dealership support. I feel very comfortable knowing I can contact her with any questions in the future. More

I would highly recommend that if someone is looking to purchase a Chevy that they go to Chevrolet of Naperville and ask for Emily. She was great to work with! I worked with Sherri on the purchase of On-Star and a Cargo cover for my Equinox. She was nice and I enjoyed working with her. More
Chevrolet of Naperville was outstanding! From our first encounter with Emily, Sammy for financing and payment and Sherri for a review of OnStar and to add an accessory, the experience was great. My sister encounter with Emily, Sammy for financing and payment and Sherri for a review of OnStar and to add an accessory, the experience was great. My sister and I both bought a 2013 Equinox on Friday. I feel we were treated with honesty and integrity and would definitely recommend Emily and the entire team at Chevrolet of Naperville. I can't wait to get to my first oil change so I can go back!! Thanks to everyone for a wonderful experience. More
We probably could have gotten the price down a bit, but wanted the car and it was discounted enough for us anyway. Everybody was very open and helpful. Jim Vegetibile even programmed my bluetooth for me. wanted the car and it was discounted enough for us anyway. Everybody was very open and helpful. Jim Vegetibile even programmed my bluetooth for me. Travis was busy as Hell, but still took time to answere dozens of questions. Premo got us a better interest rate than promised due to our good credit and for a small extra we were able to get an extended warranty. Overall, very happy customer. More
This was our second new car purchase from Cheverolet of Naperville, the first was 14 years ago! Obviously so much has changed in the industry, and of course the dealership is all new too. But our Malibu ha Naperville, the first was 14 years ago! Obviously so much has changed in the industry, and of course the dealership is all new too. But our Malibu had been steady and realiable far longer than originally anticipated, so when it was time to replace it we went back to Dan Wolf. The team was great, from our first encounter with Raj & Ed at our credit union "tent sale", to the final paperwork in the finance department. As others have stated here, this was the best, no hassel, no pressure, no bad surprise car buying experience we have ever had. And I have purchased five prior new vehicles in my life. Our primary sales person, Jim M., was very patient and helped us work within our budget. We went in assuming we would purchase a 2012 Year End Closeout Equinox, but he manged to get us into a 2013 with just the extras we wanted for LESS than my online research determined was the going local market rate for a new 2012. Sherri is very nice (fun too!) and extremely knowledgeable about the products she has to offer. She even went out of her way to try and grab a set of after market WeatherTech mats which had just been fitted on a display model the previous day so we would not have to wait for them. Sammy Saad in finance was straight forward and helpful and even found a better finance deal than the one we walked in the door with. We plan to return to Dan Wolf of Naperville when it is time to replace my "soccer mom mini van" in the future. More
Seemingly out of the blue, my wife and I, both into a well-earned but borderline boring retirement, decided to consider expanding our horizons via a recreational vehicle. We quickly found out that neithe well-earned but borderline boring retirement, decided to consider expanding our horizons via a recreational vehicle. We quickly found out that neither of our present vehicles were capable of towing a travel trailer. (I strongly suspect that the time will soon arrive when we find out that neither of us are destined to become camping enthusiasts. That time may coincide with the first dumping of the black water tank.) We arrived at Chevrolet of Naperville where we were greeted with a handshake by Amin Panah. He answered our questions fully, and helped us make comparisons between various Tahoes, Yukons and Suburbans. After a test drive on their track with him answering a few questions about the Tahoe, he encouraged my wife and I to embark on our first solo drive. Seven minutes later, we were still in the lot, disappointed that the Tahoe would not move forward. Amin came back out of the Sales Office to hear me say, "Amin, it won't go!" Amin suggested, as kindly as possible trying not to embarrass me, that I might try starting it first. (I thought it was already running and had commented to my wife how quiet it sounded.) That's when he rose to the rank of "BFF". He didn't laugh out loud. And to his credit, when we returned, no one in the dealership snickered or let on that they had witnessed my display of incompetence. Then, the negotiations began. We began to think that our impulsive idea to go RVing may have been premature. The dealership had priced the Tahoe fairly but we had differing ideas about the value of our trade-in. Our baby. Our big, perfect crossover that couldn't pull a trailer bigger than a tent camper. That's when we met Travis Jackson who took the time to discuss the terms of the transaction. He worked diligently to find common ground. Together, we arrived at a transaction on which we all could agree. While the paperwork was being prepared, along came Sherri Pacchiano who visited with us to discuss a myriad of additional services offered by Chevrolet of Naperville, most of which are free to customers such as oil changes and inspections for two years, free service loaner car, shuttle service, free Pit Stops in which the service dept checks oil and other fluid levels. She also discussed OnStar, SirusXM radio, the merits of their Service Dept and invited us to call her anytime we had a question about our Tahoe or how Chevrolet of Naperville might assist us. I've owned 37 vehicles in my lifetime (You'd think I would know to start one before expecting it to perform, huh?). I have dealt with many automobile dealerships. Only two of those dealerships operated with appropriate amounts of courtesy, helpfulness, friendliness and professionalism. I'm happy to report that Chevrolet of Naperville is one of those two dealerships. Our experience was pleasant and worthy of recommendation. Even my wife, an accounting professional by trade and a skeptic by nature, had to comment that the folks of Chevrolet of Naperville are really nice people to deal with. Of course, for my benefit, she also added that its a shame they can't sell a vehicle that starts itself when someone is seated in the driver's seat. Yes, dear. More

Everyone there was great. They made me feel like I was the only one buying a car. I went in knowing what I wanted and what I could afford, and at no time did they try to push anything out of my price rang the only one buying a car. I went in knowing what I wanted and what I could afford, and at no time did they try to push anything out of my price range on me, or try to steer me to a different model. Nate was very helpful, and at the same time not pushy. He gave me time to look around, sit in a few cars, and test drive a couple to be sure of what I wanted. This was my first ever new car purchase. I would definitely recommend anyone to buy a car there. More
Tony Rodgers was very friendly, informative and not pushy. He spent a lot of time with us the first time we came in and did not buy. He said he would call us in a couple of days and did just that. W pushy. He spent a lot of time with us the first time we came in and did not buy. He said he would call us in a couple of days and did just that. We totally appreciated that he accepted our decision that first day and did not hound us. That is why we decided to go back to this dealer when we made our decision. Sherri and Andy were also very knowledgeable and friendly. They were a delight to work with. We have bought a lot of cars over the years and this was the best experience we have had. More
