A few monthes back I purchased a pre-owned certified 2008 Chevy Malibu from Dan Wolf Chevy of Naperville. I had been looking all summer long for the "just right" car for me that I could afford and felt comfortable moving forward with purchasing. I found much frustration within my experience and walked away from many dealers as they tried to put me in cars I new I couldn't afford. I honestly had given up for a while until I came across the car on the internet. The car was the one I was looking for and the price was one that would work within my budget (and with my credit issues). I went in early in the morning, because I knew this car would go fast at the price it was set at. I was approached by Emily Smith (who worked with me for hours!) not only informing and helping me purchase the car; she never attempted to put me in something I didn't want. Due to the fact of my credit score not being up to par it was a struggle but Emily stayed by my side the entire day. When I say day, I mean drove back to my hometown (hour and a half away) to close a dealw with my cosigner! What wonderful customer service, a wonderful sales person, and an even better person! I walked out of Dan Wolf with the car I wanted, and a smile on my face! I would like to thank the entire team at Dan Wolf who helped me that day, and a special thank you to Emily!
