My car had to be picked up from IN and Raj kept me in the loop as to what exactly was going on every step of the way. I would recommend this dealership to anyone for a pressure free car shopping experience. I will definitely be bringing my car back for service and will go back when I am looking for a new car in the future. More

I emailed emily due to fantastic reviews i had read about her, setup a time to come in and she was ready...very personable,very knnowledgable and very very helpful. had questions about prices at other dealers, she took the time to research and explain differences..very patient,to go from not knowing her to delaing with her, she makes you feel welcome, not presusred, interested in getting a deal that is good and fair for all..she needed to go p/u a car, but made sure she stuck with me to the end instead of handing me off to someone else. many follow-up calls since to make sure everything was going smooth and if anything she could due for me....when she says she will get back to you, trust me she does....there was a slight problem with what looked like some light scratching on side of vehicle(could'nt see b4 washing it) but after talking to jim caparelli, he was right on it, got the service guy out and it turned out to be just some residue from transport, but he was making plans right away to get it back in and get me a loaner..these people really are service oriented and truly want to make sure the customer is happy! met with sherri the aftermarket girl and she was outstanding at explaining everything with onstar and all their great programs, unfortunately due to my own handiness, she was'nt able to sell me anything as an addition to the vehicle, but is right there with the answers..premo their finance guy was outstanding, very knowledgable, was able to knock off a 1/4 of a point on an already awesome finance deal, took the time to thoroughly explain each part, making sure all questions were answered! sean in the service dept is a great guy, very easy to get along with, knowledgable, helpful and just makes you feel comfortable....look forward to dealing with the service dept should the need arise. overall i drove away in my new 2013 feeling great about my overall experience, calling friends on the way home to tell them chevy of naperville is the dealer to go to! only to happy to leave an outstanding review of this dealer and staff! i feel that carmax has competition in naperville.....as i said call or email emily you will be happy you did. she is outstanding at what she does, and you can tell she enjoys her job and working at thsi dealer, she will work with you to make sure you get a great deal, and drive away with a smile from ear to ear!!! I saw a car on line and came in to check it out. I was immediately greeted by Eddie who listened to my needs and showed me the car that I saw on line. It was raining so he brought the car insdie so I could fully inspect it. We took it for a test drive and I liked it but it did not have all the fetaures that I was looking for. He suggested that I look at a Chevy vs. GMC as they had a Chevy that had all the features I was looking for and the price was better. I had not thought about nor researched a Chevy but after review of the vehicle I was impressed. I was trading in a car and they came in within the range that I saw on line from Blue Book. We agreed on a fair price and we conducted a fair and easy negotiation. The whole process went smoothly and everyone that supported Eddie did a great job. I feel like I got a solid deal and that I worked with professional people. I will be servicing my car at Chverolet of Naperville and I trust that I will experience the same great service. More

This is the fourth time that my family has purchased from this location. An as always, the experience was pleasant. We dealt with Sammy in regards to the financing of our new car., He was very patient and answered all our questions. I visited Chevrolet of Naperville on Saturday March 23, 2013 with the intention of purchasing a used Chevy Silverado truck I saw advertised on their website. I, like many people, dislike the car buying process and was not looking forward to making a purchase with any dealer. I always feel, being a woman, that I get taken advantage of by sales people. I met Emily Smith out in the parking lot and was I glad I did! We connected right away and she knew just what I wanted and needed. She worked tirelessly with me and my "honey" Ken(who everyone in the dealership ending up calling him honey too!) to answer all of our questions so we could find the right vehicle for me. I needed a truck that could tow my horse trailer, especially one that had the tow package already.Emily knows the vehicles she is selling. Emily and I talked about our animals, our dogs, my horses and everything in between. She is a real down to earth "people person", one that you like immediately. How refreshing that is! Any other employee we had the pleasure of interacting with the day of my purchase(and I did purchase a 2013 Chevy Silverado!) were just as much fun and pleasant to be around. From Jim Capparelli, who removed the old license plates from my trade in,brought several new trucks around for me to look at and compare, to Sherri Pacchiano, who helped with the add ons like bed liners and running boards (we talked horses too!) to Sean in service, he helped with the new license plates on my new Silverado, to finally Sammy Saad, who was so helpful in getting the paperwork done and signed pretty painlessly! Can't say enough about all of them and this dealership! I intend to send anyone I meet to this dealer because of the service and they are the kind of people you just want to be around!
