I had done a considerable amount of research prior to going to Chevrolet of Naperville. I was looking specifically for a used (1-2 years old), low mileage (under 30K) Chevy Traverse. This dealershi going to Chevrolet of Naperville. I was looking specifically for a used (1-2 years old), low mileage (under 30K) Chevy Traverse. This dealership had more vehicles that fit my criteria than most others. I'm not a big fan a shopping in general and car shopping is worse in my mind. I had never been to this dealership and I did not know anyone who had bought from them either. so I felt as though I was taking a bit of a gamble. However, I called ahead and discussed the details of their inventory and was able to work out an agreeable purchase price before walking in. I was greeted right away by Jim Vegetabile, who was a very genuine and non-pushy salesperson. Jim led me to the Traverse I saw online, which they pulled to the front of the dealership before I arrived. We took a test drive while they looked over/appraised my trade in. We discussed all details, there were no games played and signed the documents. I was in and out with a matter of a couple hours. The most impressive part of the process (other than the no hassle), was the fact they had a person dedicated to the "after the sale" process. She explained everything you would ever need to know about what to do (in nearly any situation) once you drove your car off the lot. She provided a variety of scenarios and contacts to make sure I was served after the sale, which I think is very important. I would definitely recommend Chevrolet of Naperville to anyone looking for a new or used automobile. They did a wonderful job. More

My first car was at 22.9% and today I have a brand new equinox at 2.9%. This awesome team works with you with no pressure, you choose the options you want, you get the coverage you need and best of all you drive off with the car you WANT! We really wanted to take our time to find the right car for a variety of reasons. We looked at many different dealerships and spent a lot of time online reviewing MPG, options, etc. Never did we feel pre for a variety of reasons. I've been driving a 2001 Chevy Malibu for the last 10 years. It's been a great car, and when I needed to look for another one I was hoping it would be a Chevy. I did a ton of research on different makes years. It's been a great car, and when I needed to look for another one I was hoping it would be a Chevy. I did a ton of research on different makes and models, trims and packages, and I kept coming back to the Cruze. Now all of that researching and building my car online was a lot of fun, but I have to admit I was nervous about playing the "car buying game." Movies and tv shows don't always give car dealers the best wrap, and even if you don't believe any of it, it tends to give you an impression or color your attitude towards the process. This experience blew me away. I am beyond glad that Tim walked out the door to greet us. Within 10 minutes he had the car pulled up and started showing us some features. We took it over to the test track and he guided us through, all the while giving us information about the car. When we sat down to talk details (mind you I wasn't even expecting to buy/lease--just look) he was so straightforward AND genuine, with a sprinkling of humor. He covered everything in detail, and was polite and receptive to all of our questions and requests. He's definitely someone I feel I can call with a question about the car, and probably even to see if he wants to go have a beer. A great guy, both personally and professionally. Even my dad, who has bought several cars over the course of his life, said that this was probably the best experience he's ever had at a car dealership. Painfree and enjoyable. What can i say...as someone who bought from carmax and was always turned off by dealers this team has changed my outlook! I emailed emily due to fantastic reviews i had read about her, setup a time to come in and she was ready...very personable,very knnowledgable and very very helpful. had questions about prices at other dealers, she took the time to research and explain differences..very patient,to go from not knowing her to delaing with her, she makes you feel welcome, not presusred, interested in getting a deal that is good and fair for all..she needed to go p/u a car, but made sure she stuck with me to the end instead of handing me off to someone else. many follow-up calls since to make sure everything was going smooth and if anything she could due for me....when she says she will get back to you, trust me she does....there was a slight problem with what looked like some light scratching on side of vehicle(could'nt see b4 washing it) but after talking to jim caparelli, he was right on it, got the service guy out and it turned out to be just some residue from transport, but he was making plans right away to get it back in and get me a loaner..these people really are service oriented and truly want to make sure the customer is happy! met with sherri the aftermarket girl and she was outstanding at explaining everything with onstar and all their great programs, unfortunately due to my own handiness, she was'nt able to sell me anything as an addition to the vehicle, but is right there with the answers..premo their finance guy was outstanding, very knowledgable, was able to knock off a 1/4 of a point on an already awesome finance deal, took the time to thoroughly explain each part, making sure all questions were answered! sean in the service dept is a great guy, very easy to get along with, knowledgable, helpful and just makes you feel comfortable....look forward to dealing with the service dept should the need arise. overall i drove away in my new 2013 feeling great about my overall experience, calling friends on the way home to tell them chevy of naperville is the dealer to go to! only to happy to leave an outstanding review of this dealer and staff! i feel that carmax has competition in naperville.....as i said call or email emily you will be happy you did. she is outstanding at what she does, and you can tell she enjoys her job and working at thsi dealer, she will work with you to make sure you get a great deal, and drive away with a smile from ear to ear!!! I saw a car on line and came in to check it out. I was immediately greeted by Eddie who listened to my needs and showed me the car that I saw on line. It was raining so he brought the car insdie so I could fully inspect it. We took it for a test drive and I liked it but it did not have all the fetaures that I was looking for. He suggested that I look at a Chevy vs. GMC as they had a Chevy that had all the features I was looking for and the price was better. I had not thought about nor researched a Chevy but after review of the vehicle I was impressed. I was trading in a car and they came in within the range that I saw on line from Blue Book. We agreed on a fair price and we conducted a fair and easy negotiation. The whole process went smoothly and everyone that supported Eddie did a great job. I feel like I got a solid deal and that I worked with professional people. I will be servicing my car at Chverolet of Naperville and I trust that I will experience the same great service. More
