This is the fourth car we have bought from Wolf Chevy and Jim Doll, I think that says it all. Our family lived overseas for 17 years and we did not have any US credit cards or loans; therefore, no credit score! We were worried we would not be able to get a car loan. I could have driven the 45 miles one way to make the purchase but it would have been a hassle to do that. The main reason we made the purchase through Chevrolet of Naperville is primarily the overall great service provided by each and every employee in each and every department every single time I have had to stop in for service or anything else. This was our second Vehicle purchased there in just under 3 years. Sammy was fantastic with getting all the Financing paperwork together, very thorough with explaining all aspects and answering any questions we had. Sherri had a major undertaking with our Silverado. Their were many GM accessories that we needed to have installed and 2 others that were not GM, a tonneau cover and sprayed in bed liner; she was able to price match both of these items for us. I had planned to take the truck to 2 separate places to have both completed. Sherri saved me time, money and added expenses by being able to price match and have it done through their network. If you are not sure were to find an accessory or even if it exists, GM or after market, Sherri will get the job done in a timely fashion and at the best possible price for you. Sherri does more than multi task. Since about 2008 I have always brought our vehicles in for service and they have done a great job, very honest and the prices are good. I have called in, written letters to the appropriate department managers letting them know what a great job their staff is doing. I have even written Dan Wolf and received a response very quickly. The day I went in to finalize the purchase I asked to meet Dan. Jim located Dan and within about 10 minutes of this request we were face to face and we talked for about 20 minutes. Dan is a very genuinely caring person and is adamant about that each and every customer is treated with respect and all concerns they might have are taken care of quickly and completed with the highest standard of quality. I will continue to conduct business with Chevrolet of Naperville and continue to recommend them for everything. Thank you to everyone involved. More
