After reading Emily's stellar reviews on Dealer Rater, she lived up to the expectation of being a warm, friendly, open, honest, and accommodating sales representative from the beginning. Needing to immediately purchase a vehicle, I appreciated Emily making time for my needs and answering any questions I had. After the test drive, Emily did all she can to ensure we can get the lowest price from the dealership as well as the lowest interest rate based on our credit. This was particularly what I appreciated because of the long, drawn out process however we both came to a very agreeable understanding of the financial aspect of the car. The final paperwork was a breeze and it was also a pleasure in dealing with Andy Munson and Sherri Pacchiano. Finally, Emily has followed up with both my wife and I on the car making sure everything with the car is still good. Emily didn't make me feel rushed, pass judgement, or felt uncomfortable because you don't know whether to take their commentary to heart or with a grain of salt. When she doesn't know something, she'll say "I don't know" and she will be sure to find the answer. Again, I enjoyed my experience with Emily and would truly recommend any prospective Chevrolet buyer to go to Naperville and see her exclusively. Thank you for your help Emily. More
After purchasing my new Volt I was impelled to write my first online review. I want to make it clear; before I walked into the dealership I have never met anyone that worked there. When I got to the dealership Emily gave me so much in depth information about the Volt as a sales person and as a current Volt owner that I felt like an expert. Emily contacted me on her day off and even offered to come in on her day off. I took a few days and searched dozens of dealerships to find the best price possible, which ended up being a complete waste of time. After my wife picked the color and options I emailed Emily at 10:48 p.m. with my wife’s wish list because Emily said she can track down just about any car we wanted. At 11:33 p.m., Emily responded and thanked us for the opportunity and said she would work on this first thing in the morning. At 9:31 a.m., Emily emailed me that she found the car we wanted. So I called her and she indeed did find the exact car we were looking for at a price of almost $200.00 less than what we were expecting to pay and the car came with a cargo net (MSRP $60). We brought my wife’s car to dealership to have it appraised and see if we can get much for it. After looking the price up online we were hoping for $1,000 but Rob Lee got us $2,000. We couldn’t have been any happier. The car was delivered to the dealership in very reasonable time and the porter charged, cleaned and polished the vehicle. When we went to the dealership to purchase and pick-up the vehicle they lowered the price even a little bit more, which was much appreciated and unexpected. Even after we purchased the vehicle Emily contacted us JUST to make sure we were comfortable with the car and to see if we had any questions. Everyone (Emily, Rob, Sherri and Premo) was so knowledgeable and professional!! If you are looking for a Volt or any Chevrolet I would implore you to contact Emily Smith!!!! On October 23, 2013 my wife and I paid a visit to Chevrolet of Naperville after viewing a 2013 Chevy Cruze on their website. The vehicle was newly added to their used car inventory and we were the first to see it. After meeting with salesman Jim McMahon we took it for a test drive on their test track which was a blast. We were both given ample time to test it and that we did. We then decided that we wanted to purchase the vehicle and negotiated a very fair price with Jim McMahon and Jim Capparelli. An added benefit that this dealership provides was the addition of two free years of oil changes and tire rotations. Wow! Another perk also was the addition of an additional 12months of warranty that would extend the warranty to 48,000 miles. I don't think I could have gotten a better deal at any other dealership in or near the Chicago metropolitan area. A competitor we had visited the night before was offering to tack on an additional $600.00 for that same 12 month extension for a vehicle with fewer options and more mileage. (So glad we waited) The people we dealt with; Jim McMahon, Jim Capparelli, Sammy Saad and Sherri Pacchiano were very friendly and professional at all times and I would highly recommend this dealership if you're in the market for a new or used car. Everyone we dealt with was not only friendly and outgoing, but also very knowledgable about their product and business. Apparently, everything starts with the owner and trickles down. We were informed of everything about the vehicle we purchased. Not just the Carfax report, but also everything that was replaced and/or repaired before it was offered for sale. We were guaranteed we would not find a lower priced vehicle within 200 miles and I verified it myself. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase the vehicle or any accessories. The most pleasurable experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle in my entire life. Will definately return for our next purchase. More
Buying a new special order car can be a bit of a hassle, and it was for us. But ultimately the staff here made it a good overall experience and we're very pleased with our new Chevy Volt. I was pleasantly surprised dealing with Kevin Fortman because he let me explor dealing with salesmen has not been high on my list of favorite things. I was pleasantly surprised dealing with Kevin Fortman because he let me explore the vehicle with out overloading me with information I neither wanted nor needed. He let me buy the car instead of him selling me the car. You have no idea how much I appreciate the fact that I was treated like an adult with a functioning brain and not just someone there to give them my money. Sherri Pacchiano was very helpful in selecting accessories that worked with my new auto and my budget, again suggesting but not pushy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership to family or friends More

What a great experience working with this dealership! I decided to shop for a new car and was I ever (pleasantly) surprised with the sales process at this dealership! My wife and I do not like to play games and waste a lot of time during the car buying process. It was so refreshing that Jim McE and Dan T handled the process very much how we preferred. It started with Jim from the very beginning. He approached us in the lot looking at a specific vehicle. He didn't pressure, hurry, or harrass us. He simply was there to answer any questions we had. He then invited us to take a test ride. When we returned to the dealership Jim took some preliminary information and then asked what would keep us from buying this vehicle today. We were not prepared to answer that question given that we simply was "driving by" to take a look at the new Impala. So after a few more comments Dan came over to give us the terms of the deal once we were ready to make our decision. We listened and then decided to come back a day or two later once our decision was made. This is where I thought the pressure would come. To my surprise Dan didn't pressure us, he simply talked about the merits of the car, and all that comes with the package. Because of the way we were treated (no pressure - just information enough to make the decision) we called back that same day and scheduled a time to return for more discussion. When we came back to the dealership Jim had arranged for another vehicle to be delivered from Indiana that afternoon (a different color) for us to compare (at our request). I was again pleasantly surprised at how Jim went the extra mile to accommodate our wishes without even knowing whether we were going to purchase the vehicle or not. Well we did purchase the vehicle! And even when there was a possible glitch at the end, Dan came through to make sure we were completely satisfied with our decision! Well we certainly are thanks to Jim and Dan! We highly recommend this dealership and these two individuals! More
