He was very friendly and forthcoming and had their salesperson Emily take me for a test drive (On their test track - VERY cool) in the car I was looking at. Rob had to track down the exact vehicle I wanted, which was no small task. He found the car within a few days, got the car brought into the dealership and had everything ready to do when my husband arrived to do the paperwork. I had an excellent experience when buying my 2014 Equinox. At 11:30 am I left work, headed to the dealership to take a quick test drive. At 2:45, from work, I called Jim and he and Wayne had found the exact car I requested with very agreeable terms. That evening my son and I went back to the dealership to sign the paperwork with Sammy Saad, review the accessories, OnStar and other options with Sherri Pacchiano and was out of the dealership in no time. Of the 5 cars I've purchased in my life, this is the first time that I wasn't haggling over terms and playing the 3 hour "game" usually associated with purchasing a car.
