We had been looking for a used car for a few weeks on line. We found a car at Chevrolet of Naperville and came in to see the car. I purchased a 2014 Volt from Emily Smith. She was very helpful and responsive to my inquiries. I am not from the Chicago area, and she made the extra effort to pick me up at the airport, very early in th helpful and responsive to my inquiries. She made sure all the paperwork was completed ahead of time so the closing process could go smoothly. She took a lot of time to show me all the neat features the Volt has, many I did not otherwise know, even though I had thoroughly researched the vehicle. It helps that she is a Volt owner herself! I was interested in the Volt. I did a lot on research about the car, but it was time to see how it was in real life. I had already inquired about the vehicle online, and Emily had e-mailed me and called about the car, but it was time to see how it was in real life. Having already read several excellent reviews about her, I was glad she was the one who responded. When I arrived, Emily and Wayne were there to help me out in my quest to see if it was the right car for me. Emily took me out to the test track so I could test drive the car. It was different, but good. The thought of using little to no gas was very exciting while still maintaining the driving dynamics of a "regular" car. Emily, who actually owns a Volt herself, was able to show me the ins and outs of the car and explained all the features the car offered. I decided to pull the trigger and purchase the car. Unfortunately, they did not have a vehicle in stock in the color and with the options I wanted, but even though it was already late (after hours for the dealership at that point), Emily and Wayne were very helpful and patient and located the vehicle I wanted. The following morning they secured the vehicle and I picked it up just a few days later. Andy made financing a breeze. He offered the usual extended warranties and such but didn't push them. I was in and out of his office. Overall, my experience was very good. Everyone was friendly and professional. Emily really knew her stuff about the Volt and I really appreciated her willingness to stay late and help me find what I wanted and deliver it to me. I have to say she lived up to her reputation on the reviews. If you are in the market for a Volt, Emily is the salesperson you want! More
Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted by Jim McElligott who was very helpful throughout the entire process (took about 6 hours from start to sale). Jim and Jim (Capparelli) got straight to the point which allowed us to come to a mutual agreement on price and get the deal closed. Sherri was extremely friendly and eased the 'paperwork' process by sharing with me some of the "perks" of purchasing a vehicle from Chevy of Naperville. When it came to setting up financing and warranty Mr. Matejczuk got me a great rate as well as the security of a service package I was comfortable with. All in all I spent about 30 hours car shopping and Chevy of Naperville by far met my expectations of not only solid service but a fair purchase price of my car. My main salesman, Will, was there to meet me when I arrived. I met briefly with Travis. Will conducted the test drive and all steps in a professional, courteous, and thorough manner. The team worked tirelessly to get me approved for financing for the car that I was very motivated to purchase. This was no small feat and I greatly appreciate the effort that Andrew made in this area. The meeting with Andrew was excellent as well. He provided excellent guidance and sold me on the extra maintenance package in an informative, non- pushy way. Overall, A++ experience all around. I will be returning to Chevy of Naperville for service and my next car purchase. More

Both were helpful, professional, very knowlegable about their line of products and very responsive. Yes, they are in sales, but they served me as coaches as I looked for the right car at the right dealership. Their style and professionalism convinced me this is where I wanted to buy a car, have it serviced and maintain a long term working relationhip. Rob Lee and Premo were cut from the same cloth... knowledgable, professional, friendly and provided great customer service in their roles. I gave them great ratings because... I walked into Chevrolet of Naperville looking for a new Malibu and was approached by Jim McMahon. He was not pushy and was willing to take the time to answer some of my questions. I drove a new Malibu and quickly fell in love with this car, I drove the Toyota Camry and Ford Fusion as well. All of these were great cars but in the end the Malibu won me over with the ride quality and solid feel you only get with a full size car. I bought the Malibu site on seen and got a great price with a hefty rebate. Jim McMahon and Rob Lee were great to deal with and would use them again. Great service department was also a consideration in making my decision. I give this dealer a big thumbs up! More
