A Great Buying Experience & Accommodating Sales My family was in the market for looking for a larger vehicle, however we were patient in waiting for price we could not pass up. We found that deal at Chevrolet of Naperville and could not be happier. We were promptly greeted by Tony Rogers when myself and my two children arrived to check out two vehicles we were interested in. Tony was very accommodating and professional even when my kids were running around and crawling in and out of the vehicles. Once we narrowed down the vehicle we loved, I was able to put a hold on it until the following business day so that my husband, who was on shift the day we viewed the vehicle, could come and see it. We ultimately purchased the vehicle we picked out and couldn't be happier. The services included and offered even with buying a used car blew us away. Sherri Pacchiano was so friendly and thorough with the services offered through the dealership and Chevrolet, we were impressed with her presentation and friendliness. Andy Munson was fantastic at financing our purchase and was quick, thorough, and honest in what we were trying to think through on our financing. The dealership is clean and well organized with lots of friendly employees everywhere. There was no pressure and did not have to haggle the price because you could NOT beat the price we were given. I have purchased many cars, both new and used, in the past, however I believe this experience was probably the smoothest and least pressured purchase my husband and I have came across. More

I expressed my concern to dealership owner and I received a call within 24 hours from Dan Troy who simply said Danny Wolfe passed on your message and it is my job to make you a satisfied customer. Long story short, he worked a deal to replace my car. I will most definitely buy another car from Naperville Chevtolet. It is clear the customer is thier first priority. More

From her initial approach, which can normally be very awkward, she was an absolute pleasure. She strikes a perfect balance between a knowledgable salesperson and a down to earth person you'd like to have a beer with. While she knows everything about the product, which in this case was a Chevy Volt, she doesn't bombard you with more than you want to hear. She also didn't pressure us when we left to think about the purchase. Dan, Sammy and even Sherri who tried selling me the "clear coat" were all very professional and extremely curtious. If you hate car dealerships, try this one! More
