Three strikes and your out! I wanted you to be in the know about my past experience(s) with the Chevrolet of Naperville service department. First of all Pete Nania appears to be I wanted you to be in the know about my past experience(s) with the Chevrolet of Naperville service department. First of all Pete Nania appears to be very fair, care about the customer and their concerns. Pete is the only saving grace in all of my experiences with the service department. Other than that, my experiences with Chevrolet of Naperville service department have been perplexing and unsatisfactory. In my 3 visit to Chevrolet of Naperville service department, I have not had one smooth visit. 1st visit - Oil change - Tech forgot to add DEF, which in my opinion was a minor concern, other than myself asking 4 times if DEF gets filled. This was fixed and I chalked it up to stuff happens. 2nd visit - Check a seat rattle and Install running boards - New seat bracket ordered. Running boards installed in a poor manner- cab mount/frame bushing crushed, not installed straight and rattled. When I was talking to the Tech about the running boards, (name know later)interrupted us and told the tech to get back to work, Tech listen and walked away in the middle of our conversation. Leaving me scratching my head as what just happened when I was assisting on answering questions the tech had for me. This was beyond unprofessional and chalked it up to some people just don't get it. I was waiting there for 4 hours for this visit and Pete comp'd me on the running board install, appreciated. Scheduled a followup visit to rectify my truck concerns 3rd visit - Dropped off truck for the day at 7AM. I was supplied a loner vehicle, appreciated. I also noted a driver seat rattle(plastic) and asked if they could review. Of course nothing was found on drivers seat as I still hear it today. Passenger seat bracket was supposedly replace and running board fixed. When I arrived home, running boards were not fixed and corrected, contacted Pete to let him know my concerns. Sent him picture as proof that someone did not fix the running boards, let alone even look at my detailed concerns. We agreed to stop back in and fix the running boards as it should have been a 15-20 min fix. Driving to work today, the seat (supposedly fixed and bracket replaced) was shaking and rattling so loud and extreme, I actually thought the seat was disconnected and not attached to the truck. This was chalked up to do these people even care or even know what they are doing? I did contact Pete this AM on the balance of my concerns. When I purchase a new vehicle I only want it serviced by professionals and in a professional manner. As stated: I do not hold grudges and understand different people care differently about different things. I personally care a lot about my truck and need to make sure that anyone services it also cares. I have a hard time believing, as proven from my experiences that Chevrolet of Naperville service department cares. I am at a lose on how I am to proceed. I do not feel my truck is safe as I stated on phone when we talked last Thursday and even more UNSAFE NOW after Chevrolet of Naperville service department had it for an entire day. What was actually worked on in in 10 hours? In my opinion days wasted and my truck is worse than it was before Chevrolet of Naperville service department touched my truck.... More

We test drove about 6 or 7 cars and Raif was very helpful, polite and honest throughout the whole process. Amin the manager even brought us some lunch when my wife and I were hungry. And the finance manager Omar made the paperwork painless and explained the warranty options so we could understand making this an all around great used car buying experience. Thanks Again! More
