I've been buying cars for 40 years and this is the best dealership I've ever dealt with. I have never purchased from the same dealership twice. This one I would go back to and never use another dealer unless I were changing make of car. All people here were incomparably friendly. I went in for a top of the line car and the person who was working with me--Eddie asked me if a lesser model would do for me. Why did I want the top of the line? So he asked me some questions --color I wanted, features, etc. When I said I wanted certain safety features he agreed that I should get the premier, because the safety features package was less expensive than purchasing them as options individually on the lesser model. How often has a salesperson discussed with you buying a less expensive car? All questions were easily answered by Eddie (very knowledgeable about features of the cars, how to activate features, etc. Paperwork took a long time, but all was explained to my satisfaction and I wasn't hurried into signing them. When the accessories salesperson presented me with a list of add-ons, there was a written sheet that I could follow. The visual aid helps me. When I rejected each add-on there was absolutely no pressure to up-sell. My decisions were accepted readily. And then a startlingly unheard of occurrence -- the finance guy (business manager), Sammy Saad did not pressure me into financing ( I was paying cash from stock sales). I have never had a dealer who didn't try to get me to fincance the vehicle I was buying. The most fun thing is that Naperville has a test track (one of only a few in the country) where you take the car for a test drive-- hill, skid and braking track, curves, straight aways with unusual banking, a place for parking practice, a path of huge rocks for off-road testing, if applicable, etc, etc, etc ---fun, fun, fun! More

The Used Car Salesman politely escorted us to the New Car Salesman - Ricky (Richard) Brunt, who serviced us with positive energy and great service attitude. Ricky worked with Dan Gulley, the sales manage - who was also with positive energy and great service attitude. Sherri Pacchiano, the other salesperson, who helped Ricky to finalize the purchases. Sherri also had an awesome positive energy and great service attitude to get the sales done that particular day. The finance representative - Premo Matejczuk - was excellent working with Dan and Ricky to make sure all of the paperwork and the vehicles were properly done to our satisfaction. They were able to fix the problem still claiming it under partial warranty. I was so pleased. He really sticks by his clients! Quick and easy. Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. The staff was extremely helpful and very kind.
