Satisfied Customer Sales rep Emily Smith located the vehicle (2018 Chevy Traverse Premier) I was looking for (both color and options) at a trading partner of Chevrolet o Sales rep Emily Smith located the vehicle (2018 Chevy Traverse Premier) I was looking for (both color and options) at a trading partner of Chevrolet of Naperville and had it delivered the next day.  The transaction went smoothly - it was friendly and efficient.  I was very pleased when their Pit Stop program was explained to me - bring your vehicle in to service with no pre-arrangement and they will top off your fluids and oil, check the tire pressure and wash your car - all free for the life of the vehicle.  Last comment, and this was the icing on the cake: This is the first time I've purchased a new vehicle that I did not need to go directly to the nearest gas station.  The tank was full when it was delivered to me.  Nice touch. The salesman, Ian Lachman, quickly determined what was important to me in a vehicle and located a strong possibility on the lot. We made an appointment for me to return to test drive it. When I returned, Ian not only had that vehicle ready for a test drive, he has also located a lower cost model for my consideration that matched some items on my "want" list. After driving both, I was able to choose the best one for me. I don't remember a dealership giving me unexpected options like this before. I highly recommend Ian Lachlan and Chevrolet of Naperville. She took a lot of time to get to know me as well as sell me a car. It turned out that we both had worked for the same company some years ago. Emily literally spent hours demonstrating the vehicle and walking me through the technology, which was no small feat. She assured me that I could call or text her at anytime after my purchase with any concerns. Hope Chevrolet of Naperville realizes what a great asset they have in Emily.
