New Car Smell Thanks to that crazy driver who decided that I couldn’t have my 2014 Equinox any longer I would never have gotten that whiff of “new car smell.” Sure Thanks to that crazy driver who decided that I couldn’t have my 2014 Equinox any longer I would never have gotten that whiff of “new car smell.” Sure I could have purchased that “new car smell” in a bottle from Wal-Mart but it’s just not the same. And thanks to Ignazio Tusa at Chevrolet of Naperville that wouldn’t have been possible. With great service and attitude, he sold me the new 2018 Equinox and I couldn’t be more in love with it. I also found a little gem in Premo Matejczuk with his magical financial fingers. Without your fine service to financial detail, you helped make my payments affordable. Overall good experience I worked with Eddie, who was wonderful. He was very friendly but not in a pushy salesman kind of way at all! I had previously walked out of two other dealerships due to the way they conducted business and how I was treated. I knew exactly what I wanted and Eddie was very helpful and we got the job done. I also worked with a manager who helped assess my trade in and wants/needs for me to proceed with the sale, who I did not care for at all. His demeanor was very off-putting, and he was the only part of the whole process I did not like at all. The final manager I saw who helped with all the logistics and paper work was quiet, reserved and to the point. I also worked Pete in the service department to fix the agreed upon things. He was great as well, very friendly, knowledgeable and kept me up to speed on the process. Eddie was wonderful, and so was Pete- Overall I had a good experience with this dealership and would recommend it! More

My family and I had been through a lot running around to other dealers in the area but none were able to match the kindness and excellent customer service that was provided to us by Raif Zureikat. He was extremely patient and together we were able to discover all attributes about the car we ended up purchasing (2017 Chevy Malibu LT). He was always polite, always willing to help and even offer us water throughout our experience to make sure we were comfortable. It felt as if we were with a family friend as opposed to a car dealer, and that made the whole experience much more welcoming then the cold business only like approach that we were exposed to elsewhere. I am very thankful we decided to go to Chevrolet of Naperville as it made the purchase of my new car a wonderful rememberable experience. More

I spent hours upon hours researching c Being a first time new car buyer I had a lot of apprehension when it came to undergoing the car buying process. I spent hours upon hours researching cars various makes and models and when I finally settled on making the 2017 Malibu Premier my next vehicle I wanted to ensure I was getting it from the best dealership possible. As a result, I spent as much time visiting various dealerships as I did researching the car and ultimately ended up walking away dissatisfied after talking with their respective staff members. That is until I stepped into Chevrolet of Naperville and met Lucas. I felt immediately at ease when I met Lucas and he was clear in letting me know that he wasn't going to sell me a car unless I was 100% assured that it met my needs. Lucas was forthright in telling me that he was a relatively new representative, but I never would have known based on how he answered my questions; he really knew his stuff. There were numerous times I asked questions to other dealerships about features I knew were in the car only to have them tell me they weren't, but Lucas was able to highlight everything I was curious about before I even had a chance to ask. I was also very impressed by Lucas' manager, Dan Gully. All the other dealerships I stopped at brought in the manager to make it feel like I had to make a decision there and then about whether or not I wanted the call, but not Dan. Dan simply stopped by, introduced himself and said to let him know if I had any questions; this was a stark contrast to the other places I visited where the manager would sit down and immediately start applying pressure for me to make a decision then and there. Overall it was a breath of fresh air. I am also extremely pleased with the follow up I have received. There were a few issues during the purchasing process, at no fault of Lucas or the staff, and Lucas was great and making sure there were rectified in a timely manner. He even reached out after I went on a road trip I mentioned during our initial meeting to make sure that all went well to see if I noticed anything that needed to be tended to and made it clear he would help out if necessary. Needless to say, if you're looking for a Chevy then this is the place to go. You can try other dealerships, but in the end I feel like you'll just be wasting your time. Kudos to you all! More
