After a lot of research and recommendations from family, friends, and coworkers, I happily decided that my next car would be a 2013 Chevy Equinox from Chevy of Naperville. I had such an amazing experience at Chevy, and would highly recommend them to anyone. Will Perez and his manager, Amin, were phenomenal to work with. Will handled my off the wall sense of humor with professionalism and grace, and Amin was friendly, understanding, and amenable during negotiations. I am so happy to finally have a car that I feel I can rely on, and to be the customer of a company I feel truly cares about me as a person, not just as a means of profit. More

Excellent Pre-Owned buying experience. I bought a pre owned vehicle from Naperville Chevy and they handled it wonderfully. I'd found vehicle on Autotrader and when I got there the tag on th I bought a pre owned vehicle from Naperville Chevy and they handled it wonderfully. I'd found vehicle on Autotrader and when I got there the tag on the mirror had a higher price, but they promptly said the price had been lowered and the tag had not been updated. This was much better than a different dealership that quoted me $1000 more than what they had listed online before they realized I'd seen the online listing. Naperville Chevy had put over 700 dollars in maintenance into the vehicle before selling it, and they were willing to work with me on some other work I wanted done as part of the sale. More

Nice and pleasant after crappy time at a different dealer. Previously had been to a Honda dealer that was not a nice experience. He readily showed us the car and I was quickly taking it for a test drive. The city of Naperville created a test track for the area dealers and it was pretty fun. At some point I had explained what I was looking for in terms of payments and Ayman was able to give me an estimate within that range. Everything that he went to do or that was happening was explained to us. It was a smooth and pleasant process dealing with nice people. I'm sorry I didn't get everyone's names. More
