All the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. That said, there were some problems with my new vehicle purchase - pretty simple fixes, but it required two trips back to the dealership an helpful. As I mentioned, the staff was very nice, but they didn't seem trained or empowered to resolve the situation efficiently. More
