This was the only dealership, and I visited 4 this week-end, that not only spelled out every item on the "out the door" price sheet but suggested that I take the sheet with me. Recently had a few reasons to service my vehicle and every time they have been a class act. Proffesional and courteous. Chevrolet of Milford was my 4th stop while dealing with a very frustrating ignition switch problem. All other dealers tried to up sell a lot of things I knew I did not need to do. The look of frustration on my face must have been very apparent when I walked into the service department because Nick Saccomanno asked me right away how I was doing today and looked genuinely concerned when I started to explain my situation to him. He wanted to know all the details and led me immediately to Robert Buffington, your parts manager, who dealt with my issue with a "CAN DO" attitude and had my problem resolved in 10 minutes. In a world where most people are looking to avoid any situation that requires more than the bare minimum of effort, these two guys teamed up to get the job done and did not try to insult my intelligence with unnecessary sales pressure tactics.It is nice to see good people in positions they deserve to have. The whole experience was one which left my wife and I feeling like we got what we asked for (an experiece not felt before this purchase). Ed Dinuzzo was very informative on financing questions with a very positive rapport. The dealership is very well laid out and barring the renovation construction I think it will be very sucessful.
