He wanted to know all the details and led me immediately to Robert Buffington, your parts manager, who dealt with my issue with a "CAN DO" attitude and had my problem resolved in 10 minutes. In a world where most people are looking to avoid any situation that requires more than the bare minimum of effort, these two guys teamed up to get the job done and did not try to insult my intelligence with unnecessary sales pressure tactics.It is nice to see good people in positions they deserve to have.
