Tim answered my questions, facilitated the inspections of the car in which I was interested and finally helped to secure the price I could afford. We all understand cars are to be sold, but that pressure, salesman mentality is not for me and never did they seem threatened by me doing homework before actually taking the step of going in. Actually they gave me information that I already knew and knew at the time I was dealing with a place that was being truthful and forthcoming. Would I recommend them, I would say ABSOLUTELY... Yesterday I went to look for a car to be leased. I had spoken to Tim Lonergan prior to making an appointment, and he was helpful and took his time talking to me. When my daughter and I arrived at the dealership, I requested Tim, and he immediately answered my questions, took interest in what I was talking about, and then arranged for a test drive of the Chevrolet Cruze which we had discussed by phone. I was never inconvenienced, the car was brought around front so I didn't have to walk all over the lot. After the test drive everything moved smoothly and efficiently as far as signing paperwork, having charges explained to me and getting the car the same day after they had it cleaned. I was introduced to the owner who I was very impressed with. I can't comment on the service end of it yet because I just got the car but am very impressed with how quickly they got everything done. Both Jack DiNuzzo and Bill Sam were very friendly and answered any questions I had. More

Anton also called to ask if we could push back a meeting so we would not be waiting for him. I personally have never had a salesmen call me asking to push back a meeting. That act right there made me want to buy a car from them. They are extremely helpful and do there best to get a price that both parties are comfortable with. They even showed me all the maintenance reports to show how safe and reliable the car was. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. More

I had to bring my car to Chevy Of Milford for 60,000 mile service. I was greated by Tim in the Service Department. I explained what was needed and some additional problems I was experiencing. When I picked up the car the next day, I met Matt the technician who explained what problems were found and what had to be done. I am very pleased with this dealership.
