being our first NEW car,we lookec around and then went to chevrolet of milford to look. The day was right after my hand surgery and when we pulled into the lot,Mr.Sanchez was getting some air. I was able to ask a lot of questions and drive the conversation; and I felt like I was just as much in control. He was very friendly and accommodating. Roger Rathbun and Jack DiNuzzo also dealt with logistics and paperwork - they were very patient while my parents were trying to figure out the insurance. All three men sacrificed a lot of time to help and even stayed after the dealership closed at 5 to make sure I would be able to go home with a new car. Milford Chevrolet provided my wife and I a great car buying experience. We brought our older car to the dealer for service and were so impressed with the dealership that we decided to look at replacing buying experience. After meeting with the Sales Representative Vincent Luongo and talking with him about our options we left the dealership with our old car because we thought it couldn't be that easy and painless to swap vehicles. We went home and investigated other options, but we returned to Milford Chevrolet and met with Vinny again. His no pressure informative approach with us set our minds at ease and let us talk to him as if he were our close personal friend. He was very patient with us as we thoroughly went over our options for a few days.
