More people need to start boycotting these game playing dealerships and try carmax and Carvana. I tried everything I could to get as much valid info and make things clear before I made the trip up and was basically lied to about everything. They told me what the price was then it was posed differently to me In person, I was told I would get fair Kelly blue book trade value before I came down which I researched that morning so I knew what my vehicle was worth. My car is absolutely mint and was lowballed $2500 under kbb. Thanks for wasting my time. More
Dealer delivered on options not availible At time of delivery when they came in. Don't bring your car there for service, it takes FOREVER. I brought my Equinox in there to get blinker lights replaced and I told them the engine light was on. However my main purpose of being there and I st I brought my Equinox in there to get blinker lights replaced and I told them the engine light was on. However my main purpose of being there and I stressed to them was to get the blinkers fixed because it's a hazard. They said they would check them and the engine light. I brought my car there at 9am. At 4pm it STILL wasn't ready, they were STILL diagnosing! They asked if it was possible to keep the car another day to get a full diagnosis. Leaving me with no car, no rental. But I agreed, I had a friend in the neighborhood. The next day I heard nothing I called at 12, everyone is out to lunch. I called at 3, the car still isn't "diagnosed" and the freaking blinkers aren't done!! I couldn't believe it. I told JENNIFER I'm coming to get my car! She said give her 30 min....I gave her a hour. I got there the car STILL didn't have the blinkers in....and wasn't ready. I lost it. Yes I yelled and yes I swore. The little manager came out. Not to see how can help my distress but he said he was going to call the cops! Really poor customer care. He obviously knew I was frustrated, he heard me from his office. And his answer was to call the cops?!! And NOT to find out what's going on with the car that's been in there for TWO days FOR BLINKER LIGHTS???!!! GET A NEW MANAGER! Jennifer was better and did work on my problem quickly. She finally got them to change the bulb(they put the wrong one in the 1st time)then they got it right. They came me a llst of their "diagnosis" which incredibly was done now. I have CARSHIELD Jennifer said she was going follow up and put the claim in and call me. She did neither. So she doesn't follow through either. That was disappointing. The running of this service of falls directly on the service manager's lap. He should be replaced. More
