We just bought a 2012 Chevy Impala, we were looking online and saw a great car with the features we wanted and a great price. We called Keith and within 24 hours we had the car and Keith had it cleaned online and saw a great car with the features we wanted and a great price. Today I called the Kupper Chevrolet Service Department with a question. I purchased a used vehicle last summer and also purchased an extended warranty. I had an issue that I was unsure whether or not wo with a question. I purchased a used vehicle last summer and also purchased an extended warranty. I had an issue that I was unsure whether or not would fall under our extended warranty. I spoke with Shannon over the phone and he offered to do some research for me and would get back to me. A couple hours later I received a phone call back and he said that it would possibly fall under warranty, but that it would have to be looked at. I said that I could get to Kupper within 20 minutes and Shannon offered to look at my vehicle. When I got there, Shannon looked at my vehicle personally and found that he was able to fix my issue himself and did so very promptly. I asked what I owed for his work and he said nothing with a smile on his face and gave me a firm handshake. Shannon provided fantastic customer service from the initial phone call through his help with my vehicle when I brought it in today. He was very friendly throughout. I do not know vehicles whatsoever, and I appreciated the fact as well that Shannon did not make me feel dumb about my situation and answered all of my questions without hesitation. Shannon should be commended for his excellent customer service, not only in this specific instance, but in other situations where I have worked with him in the past. More

Had some work done and they failed to tourqe the transfer case bolts caused me to loose my drive line they are the only ones that have had the transfer case out of this truck and they are just making excuses case bolts caused me to loose my drive line they are the only ones that have had the transfer case out of this truck and they are just making excuses don't want to take responsibility for it I had 6500 dollars in repairs done at this dealership do not get any work done on your vehicle here they will rip you off and cause you more problems than you already had. I will never do any business at this place again. More

I was very happy with my car buying experience. Eric was so helpful and expained everything in the car for me. I bought an Impalla and brought it home for a week and it had a few "issues" I was not happy wi so helpful and expained everything in the car for me. He was not at all upset when I said I was not happy with the first one. He wanted to make sure I was happy. His customer service was outstanding and anytime I hear someone needing a car I will be recomending they go see him. I also had to deal with 2 different gentlemen for paperwork and they were so nice also. Thank you all for being so professional, understanding and friendly!! More
