Had a service done, a little pricy, but the service was fantastic. The only thing about the price was they advertised 39.95, recommended Ford oil because that is what is on the oil cap, did not tell me it fantastic. Also my vehicle needs 7 quarts of oil and they had to charge me for the extra quart. These things brought the price up to 51.00, I did have a complementry card for a service that I purchased at a silent auction benefit, it is great Kupper does that for the community. They did honor all of the price on the complementry service card. The people were friendly, prompt, efficent, did a great job of checking the vehicle etc, the only drawback was the surprise in the final price. More
