He contacted me in followup to see how my search was going and offer any help he could. None of it came across as pushy which I so appreciated! I ultimately ended up buying a car from somewhere else because another dealership just had one that fit what I needed better. I still can't believe how seamless they made it. Between meeting with Lon to sign the loan paperwork that was already done and Keith showing us all the features of the vehicle and getting us started with OnStar/MyChevrolet we were in and out within an hour. Later that day, Keith had one of the drivers from Kupper come to where my wife and I were staying to deliver our ND license plates. I didn't feel like a customer, I felt like family. More
