I still can't believe how seamless they made it. Between meeting with Lon to sign the loan paperwork that was already done and Keith showing us all the features of the vehicle and getting us started with OnStar/MyChevrolet we were in and out within an hour. Later that day, Keith had one of the drivers from Kupper come to where my wife and I were staying to deliver our ND license plates. I didn't feel like a customer, I felt like family. More
