Joe Gibbs is the man! I stopped by Kupper Chevrolet yesterday 2/20/19 with the intention of test driving a couple of certified pre-owned vehicles that I have be researching I stopped by Kupper Chevrolet yesterday 2/20/19 with the intention of test driving a couple of certified pre-owned vehicles that I have be researching online for the past few weeks. I was interested in trading in my 2010 Chevy Impala with over 145,000 miles on it. I used to work with Joe and decided he would be the best one to meet with to discuss a possible sale. The appointment process was very easy. When I arrived for my appointment, Joe had the Chevy Malibu that I was interested in already at the front door and warming up. I mentioned I was also interested in a 2018 Chevy Impala, Joe didn't hesitate to get that vehicle ready for me too. On our test drives, he answered every question I had and showed considerable knowledge in the vehicle and financing. I mentioned I was curious about the possibility of leasing a vehicle and he told me a lot about that as well. When we got back to the dealership, Joe worked with Mike Kapla to get me a good deal on my trade in and I was given nearly $1,000 more for my trade than I initially expected. They did not get into the habit of floccinaucinihilipilification, by not estimating my trade-in as worthless. Mike also worked hard to find me a good deal on financing with local lenders. Joe also introduced me to the General Mgr Justin Rambur who cordially welcomed me. Katie Anderson provided exceptional details on insurance options. Tim Stinehart explained accessory options for my new vehicle. Ryan Thomas also stopped by to visit and provided assistance in the car buying process as well. When it was all said and done, I left the dealership in approximately 2 hours with a fine 2018 Chevy Impala LT, which is a sharp looking vehicle. All in all, Joe Gibbs and the rest of the Kupper staff I had contact with did an exceptional job. At other dealerships, you may run into salespeople who are ignominious. That type of salesperson will not be found at Kupper Chevrolet. I love my new wheels, but I'll stop using synecdoches to describe my new Impala! More

On Thursday evening I decided to drive through the car lots in search of the perfect vehicle and I put a strong emphasis on drive as it was like 20 be On Thursday evening I decided to drive through the car lots in search of the perfect vehicle and I put a strong emphasis on drive as it was like 20 below!! I got out of my vehicle to quickly check out a Nissan. Not expecting anyone to come out and talk to me as it was so freaking cold. Wrong! A salesman appeared and introduced himself. He said “hi, my name is Joe Gibbs”. I told him I was just looking at a few cars on his lot and showed him my list. No problem, he said. Told me to sit in my vehicle and he ran up and got the keys. He came back and the battery was dead! He again says no problem and runs up to get a charger. Are you kidding me? 20 below out and he is still willing to provide the best customer service! He got the car started and off we go. Not happy with that vehicle so I crossed it off my list. He said the other car was at the Subaru lot, if I had time we could go there. I said no that I could come back tomorrow when it’s warmer. He said it’s no problem at all. I just kept thinking that he’s nuts to still want to be out in this bitterly cold weather but if he’s still willing, then ok. We drove up to the other lot, he ran in and got the keys and got it warmed up. He says I think you’re really going to like this one. He was right! I came back the next day and bought it! I had planned to be at the car lot all day because of my previous experience to car shopping where the salesman goes back talks to the manager and the negotiating starts. OMG! I hate that part! Not here! No negotiating! Joe Gibbs completed my paperwork and I was out the door in under 2 hours!!! I can’t tell you enough how much I appreciated Joe’s willingness to help me, his knowledge of car and the way he treated me as if I was some celebrity! I will never buy another vehicle anywhere else and I will always go back to Joe! Mr. Kupper, you have yourself one xxxx of an employee and a great dog, too! Thank you, Joe Gibbs!! I Iove my car! New Silverado Purchase with Trade In My wife and I recently stopped by Kupper to look at a different vehicle to replace one of our prior vehicles we had purchased several years ago from t My wife and I recently stopped by Kupper to look at a different vehicle to replace one of our prior vehicles we had purchased several years ago from the same dealership. Unfortunately, the sale person we had used in the past for our vehicle purchases moved so we had to find someone else to work with. We knew a service representative, Shannon Schreiner, who had helped us with previous matters. Also, close friends of ours who use Kupper had recommended a sales representative, Gene Van Lishout. When we asked Shannon he also recommended Gene and introduced us to him. We met Gene and found our new vehicle which we picked up yesterday. Gene and the rest of the staff were very helpful, including Tim from accessories which we had added to the pickup to personalize some of the features. We were pleased with Gene, his knowledge and service. In fact, Gene went he extra distance to help us. He was able to obtain and apply an added discount that became available while we were discussing the vehicle purchase and he even called to inform us of the extra savings during his day off. My wife and I have found our new sales representative for our family's future vehicle purchases. Thanks Gene. More
