Well, I tried to give Kramer another chance. Last year Kramer Subaru offered me $12000 for a vehicle that I got $18000 on trade at Devils Lake Chevrolet. So this time I tried Kramer Chevrolet. Last year Kramer Subaru offered me $12000 for a vehicle that I got $18000 on trade at Devils Lake Chevrolet. So this time I tried Kramer Chevrolet. They offered me $32000 for a vehicle with a $38000 trade in value. They must make a killing off used vehicles. Buy low and sell high must be their motto. More
