Took my 2016 Chevy 2500 duramax with a code I was surprised that they could or would get it in to look at it. I made appointment took vehicle to Chevy of Mandan they gave me a ride back to my sisters surprised that they could or would get it in to look at it. I made appointment took vehicle to Chevy of Mandan they gave me a ride back to my sisters house being I’m from out of town. Service manager that help me was very pleasant they not only checked code but worked on it and Fixed issue I had with my pickup Chevy had some programs with my particular problem which had to do with DEF fluid heater My pickup was out of warranty but I ended up not paying a dime for repairs. Once they were finished they called me and come and picked me up with courtesy car and took me back to dealership to get pickup.I would definitely go back to Chevy of Mandan to have something worked on. I was fortunate that it didn’t cost me anything and to have parts on hand these days plus again the service people were great to work with. More
