Easiest Buying Process EVER! I bought my first new car as a single mom in 1995 & cried leaving the dealership! I had walked into that dealership with their "newspaper ad" knowing I bought my first new car as a single mom in 1995 & cried leaving the dealership! I had walked into that dealership with their "newspaper ad" knowing exactly what I could afford. After almost 6 hours of absolute "brow beating" I left with the car I came for, but I was in tears! An ABSOLUTE EMOTIONAL WRECK!!! I kept that car till the wheels where about to fall of, paid IN FULL, all by myself & dreaded the day I would ever have the need of going back to another dealership! Years past, cars came & went, but my experience with sales people & auto dealerships remained basically the same... A HUGE DISSAPOINTMENT! HOWEVER, the Spring of 2015 I was in need of a truck. I had done all my homework, once again, and found the PERFECT TRUCK ONLINE at Chevrolet of Fayetteville. In my attempt to avoid yet another mental & emotional assault, I called ahead to MAKE SURE they still had this EXACT truck PHYSICALLY on their lot & to confirm the online price. Imagine my surprise when it was & the saleswoman, Kendall Allen, whom answered my call, told me she could have all the paperwork ready for me before I even drove over to get it!?!? YES! It seemed TOO GOOD to be true! I EVEN HAD A TRADE!!! Kendall explained the process to me, took my personal income information & in about 45 minutes... IT WAS A DONE DEAL! I could NOT believe it! I was still skeptical on my drive over from NE Oklahoma, but upon arrival, all details were EXACTLY as she said! We may have spent 30mins total in her office that day? I honestly could NOT BELIEVE HOW EASY the entire process was!?!? Since that time my growing & changing family has purchased 4 more vehicles from Kendall Allen at Chevrolet of Fayetteville. That is 5 total from her since Spring 2015! Currently, I drive the 2016 JEEP Wrangler Sahara Unlimited of my dreams! She searched for it MONTHS from other dealerships that would work out a trade with Chevrolet of Fayetteville . When I say it is EXACTLY what I wanted... I am NOT EXAGGERATING! It is actually even slightly better than what I was hoping for, but still in my budget! I TELL EVERYONE to go see Kendall Allen at Chevrolet of Fayetteville, REGARDLESS of the CAR/TRUCK you are looking for! The ease of working with her is PRICELESS!!!! More

Not only did she listen to what we wanted specifically in the vehicles and our price range, she was very responsive to any questions or comments we had. She worked hard to get our business, and we appreciate that. Kendall has repetitively went above and beyond, making sure every detail was taken care of, and to our satisfaction. She definitely made the car buying process less stressful. One of our recent purchases, was for our daughters first car... Kendall helped make the car a big surprise, and a day our daughter will never forget. As a customer, the little things go a long way. I recommend Kendall all the time. More
Don't bother trying to deal with them. Usually when I go to Chevrolet of Fayetteville I am ignored. If I go into the showroom to find a salesman and ask a him to please unlock a pickup o Usually when I go to Chevrolet of Fayetteville I am ignored. If I go into the showroom to find a salesman and ask a him to please unlock a pickup or SUV so I could look at the interior he acts as though I am being unreasonable. There are unlocked cars in the showroom but they are sports cars or luxury cars. All the pickups and SUVs are outside on the lot and they are locked. I understand why the cars on the lot have to be locked but the dealership should be willing to unlock one when a potential customer wants to see the interior. I suppose a test drive would be out of the question. Last time I shopped there I asked a salesman what the price was of a SUV I was looking at and he read the MSR price on the window sticker to me as though either I couldn't read it myself or he thought I would be willing to pay sticker price. Either way, it was an insult to my intelligence. I can go to other dealerships and drive away in a new car in less than 45 minutes without hassles. More
