Bait and Switch! While looking online for a 2017 Subaru Forester to buy, suddenly a call came in from Fayetteville. It was Perry Butcher with Chevrolet of Fayettevill While looking online for a 2017 Subaru Forester to buy, suddenly a call came in from Fayetteville. It was Perry Butcher with Chevrolet of Fayetteville. The car I was looking for was on the website, and we agreed to drive over an hour for a test drive. Mr. Butcher said he would bring it up front for us. When we arrived, Perry met us saying that he couldn't bring the car up because another salsperson was in the middle of a deal, and he sat us down to wait until he could find out. Some time later, about ten minutes or so, he came in and told us that the car was sold, but he could show us another vehicle, a 2018 Forester. We said no, we wanted a 2017 car and the price that was online. "Don't you just want to look at it?" He asked. We said, we were not going to pay the increased cost and there was no need. The car in question is still shown online, and I daresay, Mr Butcher is using the same line with other customers, as well. More

New, New Car My experience with this dealership was a little unique in that I purchased a vehicle in September and then I got into an accident. This vehicle ended My experience with this dealership was a little unique in that I purchased a vehicle in September and then I got into an accident. This vehicle ended up totaled (due the severity of the accident), but I felt confident that this vehicle in addition to the safety precautions I took (i.e. wearing a seatbelt). I felt so comfortable working with this dealership the first time, that I went back following the accident to purchase another vehicle from them, specifically from the same salesman. He paid attention to the requests I had, specifically in safety, and walked through each vehicle with me, answering all of my questions with patience. He tried to get to know me, and helped me find the vehicle with that knowledge. I can’t give enough positive feedback about this experience. More
