Service was great as usual. The point check indicated everything good but it wasn’t. My rear wiper needed to be replaced which I put on my other. It should have been changed but wasn’t. Came into town to drop my son off at UArk. AC went out on the drive there. David in service was a first class rock star and got us fixed up and on our way. We were in a time crunch to make our check in on the drive there. David in service was a first class rock star and got us fixed up and on our way. Good work good service from service department. In for an oil change. All good. Took 2 hours plus estimates for back up camera. Last visit in the Spring was for timing chain replacement. The loaner vehic oil change. All good. Took 2 hours plus estimates for back up camera. Last visit in the Spring was for timing chain replacement. The loaner vehicle had car trouble and the wrecker driver took the most longest possible route to the dealer. It took over an hour for what is a 30 minute trip. It was during a workday so I would have appreciated a shorter route. Maybe a different loaner car could have been brought to me so I would not had to ride in the wrecker. Other than that, my car runs great! I’ve purchase two cars from Chevrolet of Fayetteville and will consider buying my next vehicle there. The service department is always reliable and super friendly. I only had one no so great experience in service and that was with a service person that is no longer there. It was to replace my front door speakers. I have the Equinox LTZ and the pioneer speaker package. I am disappointed because the service tech (not David) could not or would not promise that I was getting pioneer speakers. It was super frustrating to be told that it was the stock speaker. The service was subpar for this reason and to this day I am not convinced the front door speaker are pioneer. It was a big deal to me to have the premium speakers but the service tech didn’t seem to really care if they were or they weren’t. I’ll be back to service next week to repair the back up camera. More
