Awful experience from the top down. And blaming GM for not getting the parts I needed for 2 months when they are already on the shelf is just ridiculous. Don’t be fooled with the advertising. They don’t care about their customers. This place needs a management overhaul. I’ve been in leadership for over 30 years and this kind of bad customer experience starts from the top and my conversation with the general manager, Ward, only proved this.
