I would recommend t his Service department because my experience is the actual 'work' that gets done is good work. I am an old man, basically a nobody, and he made sure I knew that. Even a little upbeat attitude with a nobody would be nice. This dealership cares about their customers satisfaction. Everyone goes the extra mile to make sure the customer experience is good. I had a situation where i receieved a lease invoice that was not correct. The finance manager assured me that the deal i signed was the payment that i would have. He contacted GM financial and straighten the situation about the invoice by verifying the correct payment. I initially thought i was being decieve by the staff but realize what they promised me was actually the truth. Bad on my part. More
