Poor customer service and overall experience. It was obvious you as the customer were just a number to them. Dealership inaccurately quoted on several different items. The most important item that was misquoted was the credit interest rate. The rate was given over the phone by Brenden, the assigned salesman, after I received credit approval, however when I signed my paperwork I noticed a full percentage point discrepancy which the dealership refused to fix. I was later told that the interest rate should never have been discussed on the phone in the first place. As well as this interest rate issue I was also told that there were two keys for the vehicle when in fact there was only one. This issue still has not been resolved. Of the items that were misquoted by the dealership, the most frustrating was the interest rate. The vehicles was also not clean or detailed as well as the oil was not changed. I got the vehicle home and checked the oil and the oil life was only at 33%. The oil was also black. I was reimbursed one oil change for the oil issue. Sales staff seemed more confrontational then helpful. Doug, the used car manager, was also confrontational and stated that all vehicles come with a bumper-to-bumper warranty that endures for one month after purchase. The statement was also false as there is only a powertrain warranty that comes with the vehicles. Sales staff stated that the vehicle would be clean and detailed when the vehicle was ready to be picked up. This was also a false statement and the vehicle was anything but clean. After coordinating with the same salesmen for two weeks, I was texted the morning of my appointment to take delivery of my vehicle that the salesman had a last-minute wedding to go to and I had to complete the deal with a salesman I had never interacted with before. As someone who never leaves negative reviews, if you are looking to purchase a vehicle from the dealership please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. More
