10/10 highly don’t recommend going there. Went there because of a promotion they have going on that my wife wanted to check out to hopefully get out of our vehicle and into a different one. Salesman Brenden O’Hara is who we dealt with and from the start did not get a good feeling about this guy. He seemed bothered that we were there and had to help us. But we ignored it and continued on with him wife gives him all the information from the start to get the ball rolling. He asks if we have the vin or registration. So I pull up the vin on my phone through CARFAX he writes it done. No problem right but he starts typing it into his computer and he realizes he is missing one number or letter . So he asks if I can pull up that vin again “I’m like ok no problem maybe he missed a letter or number” pull it up again through CARFAX and he looks at it making sure what he has is correct. Then tells me “vins are 17 characters that’s 16”, so I just go to the car and get the registration. Give it to him and looks at it and realized he missed 1 number is the middle. He couldn’t even admit he was wrong that he missed it. But we continue with the process, he didn’t offer really any options to help us out with what we already told him of what we want. Expect to offer a $29,000 vehicle that I knew wouldn’t help in our favor. He couldn’t get to were we wanted and we get in our vehicle, my wife then proceed to tell me that when I stepped out to get the registration from the car he made a comment to my wife saying “we are already off to a bad start it’s not that hard to grab the registration it’s to early for this”. He is glad my wife told me that in the car as we was leaving or we would have had some major issues right then and there. We have been to this dealership and bought two vehicles from them in one day. But after what we experienced and what I experienced we would never come here again or recommend to anyone. More
