I’ve noticed that there are some bad reviews here on to this dealership. However, my experience was pleasant. David was my car salesman. I purchased a used grand jeep Cherokee with very low miles, I’m happy at this point the car seems to run good I’m extremely happy with my transaction. I’ve gone to the service Department a couple of times as well for some minor things that needed to be taken care of and I never had a problem I was taking care of and the car is still running great . If anything changes I’ll come back and let you know. More

It clearly laid out the MSRP, the factory and dealer installed options and prices, the delivery charges, dealer fees, and document fees. I agreed to the price and wanted to make the purchase. I was then put in touch with Alex Argueta, (the name that I was given in the message that I received, at least) who told me that I was wrong, that the offered price meant nothing, and that I would need to pay a minimum of $75,000 more than that, or they wouldn't sell me the car. If you want to ignore GM saying that the sneaky markups weren't allowed, and want to rip off your customers, then do your thing.... but when asking for an OUT-THE-DOOR price, don't be like "oops.... we see that you're agreeing to what we offered, but are going to add another $75,000, now that you're interested."
