Freddie, Eddie and all others I dealt with are highly incompetent and do not care about customer satisfaction. They sold me a Camaro on Valentine’s Day to be shipped to my home in South Carolina. They claim they could not reach me in the phone so they took the car to a storage yard. The owner knows me and won’t let me on his property so I cannot get the car. Don’t buy from this dealership. They pull tricks like charging you for things you don’t need. That’s how they make commissions. In 1977, I bought a car from Cormier Chevrolet. U drove away with it with my mom and dad. Things have changed a lot in 47 years. For the worst, mainly. JC More

I bought our new 23 Tahoe less than a year ago and have had nothing but problems dealing with the idiots in the Service Department when trying to ask a simple question on the phone. I have never had so many problems with a dealership. These people are less than friendly or helpful and have no clue about their jobs. They are beyond frustrating. I highly recommend going to another dealership and avoid this one at all costs. I ended up going to another Chevy dealership for service. More

Thus far my experience has been horrible. I was told by Malak that he would have a car transferred for me from another dealership (that was on Saturday 2/10). He barely responds to my texts and does not return phone calls. Overpromised and under deliver should be the motto as he clearly cannot deliver on something he promised. More
