Thus far my experience has been horrible. I was told by Malak that he would have a car transferred for me from another dealership (that was on Saturday 2/10). Since then he has pretty much gh I was told by Malak that he would have a car transferred for me from another dealership (that was on Saturday 2/10). Since then he has pretty much ghosted me. He barely responds to my texts and does not return phone calls. Overpromised and under deliver should be the motto as he clearly cannot deliver on something he promised. More
My salesperson was Irving De los Santos Perez. Irving made the deal happen for me. He is one of the nicest and approachable guys in that dealership. Service provided was performed as scheduled. I wish I could give 0 stars. Our experience with this dealer was beyond horrible. We were interested in a used Ram 1500 when I emailed for an out the door price. I was contacted Our experience with this dealer was beyond horrible. We were interested in a used Ram 1500 when I emailed for an out the door price. I was contacted by the salesman Andrew Trupsin and given a price within our budget AFTER giving my correct zip code when asked. Turns out they “misquoted” us by THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS due to their lack of attention to detail and then would not honor the quoted out the door price, in which we were no longer interested in the new price. There was only a quick “I’m sorry” and no willingness to attempt to make their mistake right. Got over it, continued with our search. 2 days later the sales manager Malik and salesperson Andrew both reached back out to us, we did not reinitiate contact, telling us they would honor the original price. We were very excited at that point, placed a $5000 down payment with finance and planned to pick up the truck on our drive home the next day. When we originally contacted Andrew, he informed us the truck would be marked sold with the down payment and we could finish the contract upon pick up. Only a few short hours later we were notified they SOLD THE TRUCK!! Rightfully so, we were very upset. The sales manager Edgar lacked any bit of customer service skills. It took me calling 4 different numbers and placing 6 different calls to actually discuss the issue at hand. Edgar even told us at one point the dealership never reached out to us again to honor their original pricing. They also kept repeating its a first come first serve basis, but I would think a $5000 deposit means we are the first? Luckily we got our money back and can avoid doing business with this highly unprofessional and unethical place ever. Anyone who is thinking about buying from these of people should avoid it at all costs More
