I wish I could give 0 stars. Our experience with this dealer was beyond horrible. We were interested in a used Ram 1500 when I emailed for an out the door price. I was contacted by the salesman Andrew Trupsin and given a price within our budget AFTER giving my correct zip code when asked. Turns out they “misquoted” us by THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS due to their lack of attention to detail and then would not honor the quoted out the door price, in which we were no longer interested in the new price. There was only a quick “I’m sorry” and no willingness to attempt to make their mistake right. Got over it, continued with our search. 2 days later the sales manager Malik and salesperson Andrew both reached back out to us, we did not reinitiate contact, telling us they would honor the original price. We were very excited at that point, placed a $5000 down payment with finance and planned to pick up the truck on our drive home the next day. When we originally contacted Andrew, he informed us the truck would be marked sold with the down payment and we could finish the contract upon pick up. Only a few short hours later we were notified they SOLD THE TRUCK!! Rightfully so, we were very upset. The sales manager Edgar lacked any bit of customer service skills. It took me calling 4 different numbers and placing 6 different calls to actually discuss the issue at hand. Edgar even told us at one point the dealership never reached out to us again to honor their original pricing. They also kept repeating its a first come first serve basis, but I would think a $5000 deposit means we are the first? Luckily we got our money back and can avoid doing business with this highly unprofessional and unethical place ever. Anyone who is thinking about buying from these of people should avoid it at all costs More
My son and daughter-in-love purchased my brand new 2024 Chevrolet Trax Activ for me on November 5th and I. LOVE. MY. TRAX! No doubt about it! Customer service was WONderful and so was my terrific salesman, Peter! The sales manager, Jake St. John, was also VERY helpful to my needs. I'd say, if you are ever in need of a new car, just head on over to Chevrolet of Carson and they'll give you a good deal! More
They should be in jail! I paid $20,000 for a 2012 Camaro which was $3000 over Carfax. The car had only 45,000 mi., so it should have been worth it! But after they washed it, and I went out the next morning, I saw a bunch of paint damage from tree sap! Meanwhile, the radio began intermittently shutting down from the minute I bought the car! And today the cold air stopped! These guys are "rip off" artists representing themselves as an actual dealer! And they don't even provide you a "limited" warranty! More
Like any dealership trying to get your business, they came across as helpful and eager. They had the only vehicle, a specific Tahoe with the Z71 package in the color we wanted, in all of So. CA. I know we paid more than we would have at a more reputable dealer, but we weren't patient. The friendly salesperson was helpful but knew nothing about any of their vehicles. The first time a problem cropped up with our Taho, we were nobody again. My wife reached out to the sales manager by email and phone, but nothing after several days. Their Service and Sales staff are completely brain-dead and worthless. Avoid this dealership. More
