My experience was awful the women working there were very rude. I was told $250 to check out the car. I was also told the money would be put towards the repairs if done there. We had the motor on the driver rude. I was told $250 to check out the car. I was also told the money would be put towards the repairs if done there. We had the motor on the driver seat worked on and they refused to use the $250 towards it saying it was an after thought. I won’t be coming back for anything ever again. This was my go to place and now it’s not. I bought all of my cars there. More
Car was running perfectly fine until I took the vehicle in for an oil change and new battery, now I have engine light blinking and stabilizer on. So did another diagnosis which was 250.00 just for them to in for an oil change and new battery, now I have engine light blinking and stabilizer on. So did another diagnosis which was 250.00 just for them to say it'll be 8 thousand to fix. I laughed in their face because there no way. Looking for counsel and if anyone else used a lawyer. More
***Terrible experience at Chevrolet of Carson dealership / Buyer be aware*** Over the weekend I went to the Chevrolet of Carson dealership and was attended by a man named “Ruben Mariscal”. I told him exa / Buyer be aware*** Over the weekend I went to the Chevrolet of Carson dealership and was attended by a man named “Ruben Mariscal”. I told him exactly what I was looking for and discussed their internet price of $46,111 for and the interest of 2.90% also mentioned on their website. The vehicle I was interested was a brand new 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 4X4 . He told me to come inside and that he would work out some numbers with me. When discussing numbers I noticed that the price he offered was way off from what was offered online (for the same vehicle). In addition the interest percentage he offered me was a 7.0%. Nothing matched what was offered online. He mentioned that the 2.90% offered online was only for people with a top credit score and as I had mentioned to him before, I have a great credit score (850 to be exact). He also stated that he can provide a brand new 2024 with a 2.9% APR up to 72 months but a deal had to be made prior because the car was not at the lot. How can a purchase be made on a car not seen / not at the purchasing lot? After reviewing the numbers I was not interested and when he noticed that, he not only had agitation in his tone but was very rude. His communication style towards me displayed nothing short of cocky and arrogance. Upon noticing his change in attitude I mentioned, “I told you upfront before I came inside that I wanted a 4x4” and I reminded him of other things I had mentioned prior to agreeing to come inside. With a condescending attitude he said “why do you want a 4x4 anyways?” Who is he to ask a potential buyer why they want, what they want? I understand the goal is to sell a vehicle but he seemed angry that I upfront was clear on what I wanted to purchase. He displayed lack of transparence, awful customer service and pushiness throughout our whole conversation. At this point I just wanted to leave. I thanked him for his service and stuck my hand out to shake his hand and to my surprise he took a step back stating “I only shake hands once a purchase has been made”.What a lack of character displayed by “Ruben Mariscal” at this dealership. Just like that they lost a customer! I will never forget this experience and I am also making sure that Corporate is aware of this as well. With Respect, Jose Lemus More
