Best of service under the worst conditions I had a heater fan failure during “snowcopalypse” 2019 and contacted Chevrolet Cadillac of Bend to see if they could help. Despite treacherous road c I had a heater fan failure during “snowcopalypse” 2019 and contacted Chevrolet Cadillac of Bend to see if they could help. Despite treacherous road conditions and limited tech staff availability, they were able to replace the needed parts and return my vehicle to me in safe operating condition in a matter of hours. Good Customer Service I brought in my Silverado HD Crew Cap Duramax for the scheduled oil change and regular service. On my arrival I was greeted by Shane Walters, who listened to my stories. He took over the vehicle and assured me it would be taken care of as requested and he would advise me when it was finished; He offered to arrange for transportation if I had a need to go somewhere and if not he suggested to have a cup of coffee, watch the TV and/or read the paper in the very nice waiting area. (the doughnuts and cookies was missing this time !!!) He then after my rig was completed, explained what had been done and what we are expecting to be done at he next appointment. gas was siphoned My gas was siphoned out of my 2014 Silverado pick-up. In doing so, the thieves had cut my gas hose from the gas cap to the gas tank. It was impossible My gas was siphoned out of my 2014 Silverado pick-up. In doing so, the thieves had cut my gas hose from the gas cap to the gas tank. It was impossible to see and the shop did not see it at first. They did tests that essentially closed up the cut in the hose and therefore could not find the leak. I paid for a few house of labor and when I tried to put gas in it and it still leaked. So, I called and they were mortified that they did not find the leak. The took my truck right into the shop, did a fine look at the hose and found the leak. They removed and replaced the the entire assembly from cap to tank with no further labor charges. It was a unique problem as who still siphons gas? All in all, I felt treated very well. More

When I brought in the 2015 Volt because the cabin heat was not working, without an extended warranty, Ben Thornton negotiated a reduced price with GM which saved me more than $300. As I'm retired and living on savings and Social Security, I greatly appreciate Ben's efforts. More
