Rushed and unable to schedule I called to set up an appointment and the phone rang once and instantly disconnected. I called back right away and a gentleman answered very impatiently. I was told I couldn't get my truck in for 3 and a half more weeks. This is unacceptable as I felt I was calling with plenty of time in order to get handled before a long road trip. I regret buying the maintenance package when I bought the truck. More
