I talked to many local dealers in my search and when I talked to Brian I tol my wife I wanted to drive to bend to buy my truck. Brian did most of the leg work over the phone before we arrived so the process would go quick and smooth. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends without hesitation. More

I was quoted by your team that this would cost $2700 which I felt was outrageous. I took my truck to a certified mechanic and had the same work done for $327. The solenoid cost $56. The total parts was $104. So I understand that your overhead is much bigger but to charge me $2400 more is outrageous and has cost you and everyone I know the loss of their business. I would also like to add that to stay a loyal Chevy owner I tried to buy a new truck and was my truck as a trade in was valued $3000 less for the quote of the work that needed to be repaired. Thank you for your attention. More
recall part for 2006 chevy HHR To start with our service person Jeff Raszler was rude not friendly or helpful,he acted as if we were stupid for saying we had a recall notice, when I To start with our service person Jeff Raszler was rude not friendly or helpful,he acted as if we were stupid for saying we had a recall notice, when I had the letter from GM stating the recall of the ignition key not removing from steering column. This is a safety issue an not being handled with diplomacy or professionalism at all.this was on Jan 9 2015 @ 8:00am we returned back to dealership 12:50 to find out why they had not called us yet??? We.must have disturbed Jeffs lunch because they called him to return to his desk. Then Jeff told us our body control module was not working n would need to be repaired$525.00 he did not explain first that the part was$225 n labor was $295 he just said $525! He did not explain what the body control part did? N I still dont know what it does or controls??? So we told him we were not going to fix the body control module that we just want the recall on the ignition fixed so we can get the key out of steering column, instead of manual releasing key through bottom of steering column with finger!!!Today Jan 29 @ 10am call back to find out why is it taking 20days! To get this part!!!!!I get Jeff Razsler again an ask where is part for recall???? He starts to say im not sure but I was the one who handled it an I dont see that any part was oreded for recall??? He had told us on Jan 9 that he was ordering part an would call when it came it??? Now he says I will call u back when I figure out what happened???zHe calls back an says he just ordered the part today jan 29 !!!!! Im not happy with his inability to order a recall repair when I have the notice from GM.So lets see how long I have to wait now? Do they not care? More
Terrible Service/Handling I just bought my 4th car from this dealer in 6 years, 3 were new and this one is a 2013 Tahoe. Sales experience was terrible, the car was damaged and I just bought my 4th car from this dealer in 6 years, 3 were new and this one is a 2013 Tahoe. Sales experience was terrible, the car was damaged and not disclosed. When pointed out they ignored the issues and just brushed it off. Headlight seal is broker so it's full of water and fogs up, fog lamp is cracked and filled up with water and fog, inside wheel well lining is worn through from the tire rubbing against it, shards of glass under the passenger seat, tiny nicks in the leather seating as a result of glass shards and lastly, the clear coat on the lower passenger side door is pealing off and bubbling up. Oh, they still owe me the second set of keys! Also forgot to mention that when I opened the hood, the battery was completely corroded at the terminal and leaking, they did replace that when I made a big safety issue. This is NOT what a 2013 Tahoe is supposed to be sold as. I brought the car in three times to discuss ad was brushed off all times. The sales guy came out and said he would get on it with service immediately, 5 minutes later he's jumping into a car for a test drive with no one knowing I was there. I brought it up with service again when they replaced the battery and said they would get back to me, NOTHING!!!!! The sales, management and service people all treated me like garbage. I will NEVER be back to this dealer that I have spent a lot of money with and referred others to. More
Deceptive service recommendations New to the area with three Chevys to service, and I'm a dedicated dealership service customer. I had a power window that wasn't working, so I made New to the area with three Chevys to service, and I'm a dedicated dealership service customer. I had a power window that wasn't working, so I made an appointment to have that checked and to get an oil change at the same time. Service advisor was friendly, but after fiddling with his iPad for a few minutes, he turned to show me my three service options: $150, $225 and $300 or so. I asked where the $50 options was. He replied that the $150 included the diagnostic fee on the window - which would have been fine if it was really in the description. Instead, they added other services such as wiper blades, air filter, tire rotation, and so on to boost the $50 oil change to $150. I had him add the diagnotic fee (which is cheesy in the first place), and remove the extra services. The advisor called later in the day to say that the oil change was complete, and the window switch would be about $180. He also said that the 27 point inspection noted that we needed brakes both front and rear. Fronts would be about $340, and rears would be about $350. The rotors were ok. I declined at the time, and had him do the switch. Upon picking the car up, I discovered that the $180 for the switch was on top of the diagnostic fee - something that should have been made clear in our conversation. I called my old Portland dealer to ask about the brakes. The service advisors were shocked at the estimate. Without rotors, they would have been $150 per axle, and actually had a coupon for $99. That's after market brake pads, not OEM, but I wouldn't need OEM on a 14 year old car anyway. Now suspicious, I made an appointment to bring the Suburban in for them to have a look. I drove to Portland and waited while the technician reviewed the situation. The result is that the front brake pads had 5-6mm left and the rears had 8mm. The told me that they normally recommend brakes at about 3mm, and based on what they saw, I had 15-30kmi remaining EASILY. Oh, one more thing, the rear brakes had been done last summer - about 14,000 miles ago. So, the Portland dealership found no need for brakes, and did not charge me for the diagnostic. I appreciate being encouraged to provide good maintenance of my vehicles, even if I don't follow every recommendation. An honest ongoing conversation will get you my loyalty and my referrals, although you may not get the largest sale per transaction. I have purchased three vehicles from the Portland dealership. On the other hand, if I feel that you're slamming services, or recommending things that are not needed at all, or charging insanely high prices - I'm done with you. I had all three experiences in my first visit here. Sadly, there's no other Chevy/GMC dealership close enough to provide my ongoing service needs. I guess it's time to change to an independent garage - or to Ford. More
