This is the 2nd time( 1 on each vehicle) I went to this dealership and both times the service advisor Ben, was arrogant and had an attitude. The second visit was on a Trax, that we wanted an oil change and dealership and both times the service advisor Ben, was arrogant and had an attitude. The second visit was on a Trax, that we wanted an oil change and tire rotation on, plus we were going to have a squeak checked out but decided due to the weather, to forgo that. Ben had a snotty attitude, that if we couldn't leave it, he would not be able to check it out, because we needed to go for a test drive with the tech. We just went ahead with the oil change and tire rotatation. When we checked out only the oil change was done. The cashier was inpersonable about it and did not care. Looks like I need to try the other dealer in the area. More
Chevrolet of Bend was great to deal with and showed me all the options for the trucks I was looking for. The sales team is very unprofessional. We were notified 30 minutes later that they sold the truck out from under us. They lost a customer that buys multiple vehicle every few years and word of mouth travels fast. I already have two contractors convinced to never do business with them when they go buy new diesel trucks this year. 3 lost customers so far from one greedy salesman. More
Very poor customer service and disappointing business practices. I went in on 8/9/22 to see if Bend Chevrolet wanted to buy my almost new 2022 GMC sierra pickup. I have a fleet of vehicles and we just en practices. I went in on 8/9/22 to see if Bend Chevrolet wanted to buy my almost new 2022 GMC sierra pickup. I have a fleet of vehicles and we just ended up with 1 too many. The salesman was very nice and polite and they made me an offer for my truck. I told them I would like to go home and sleep on it as I never make financial decisions on the spot. They said that would be fine. I called the next morning to accept their offer and they said they would no longer purchase it. It had not even been 24 hours since their offer was made. I called and left voice mails for both sales manages neither of which replied. If you want a dealer who is not willing to keep their word buy from Bend Chevy. More

The Chevy of Bend service department is a complete joke. I needed to have recall work done on my 2018 chevy and twice Khrys Barnes in service forgot to schedule my appointment and when I finally got in two I needed to have recall work done on my 2018 chevy and twice Khrys Barnes in service forgot to schedule my appointment and when I finally got in two months later Khrys forgot to order the part. Took the truck in at 8am and now it is 5pm and still waiting for the truck. Don't take anything to this dealer. More
First time buying from a dealer. Sold me an absolute garbage car. Battery died within a week. Followed by multiple other issues that arrived within a month. We were super happy with our experience at Chevy of Bend! Andy and the crew were all super helpful and kind, and we left with exactly what we wanted, both vehicle wise and financially! I bought a 2007 WRX from them and it had an oil leak they said they would fix it just bring it in. So I did they did not fix the problem still leaking when I got home, I called Justin he said bring it b they said they would fix it just bring it in. So I did they did not fix the problem still leaking when I got home, I called Justin he said bring it back and they would make sure and fix it, so I did when I got back home it still leaked so I took it to a subaru mechanic and got it fixed. now the turbo is bad and so is the engine I asked Justin since the oil leak can cause a turbo to go bad I asked Justin if they would be willing to cover the turbo not the engine I figured $1600.00 instead of the whole amount witch is going to be just over $13,000.00. I have only put 2000 miles on the car since we bought it, since its been in the shop more than not. I believe this is not good customer service since they sold me a car that needs a new engine. I have left messages with the service manager and general manager and no reply. You did not fix the car correctly used the wrong hoses for the turbo so I got that fixed and did not asked to be reimbursed. So now I,m going to be $13000.00 more into this car and a bunch of time I live 15 miles from the dealership and had to take the car back twice. More
