Just show up with your rig - quick and very pleasant Initially I went on-line to get an appointment, but did not hear back. So I just called the service department. I did the next morning, fairly early, maybe around 9:00. They had no one in front of me, so they got me right in. My wife picked me up as we had some errands to run. Within an hour the service dept called me back and the Suburban had the oil change and tires rotated. Perfect and professional. I have a certified used GM, so the service was complimentary. No hard sales techniques or tactics were utilized and all offers were within acceptable market values. It does pay to do the due diligence in researching your situation, (i.e. Trade value, interest rates, vehicle market value, etc...), so it was very comforting to not have to haggle or overcome possible roadblocks.
