Just came in to look and ended up purchasing a vehicle. We came in to check out the new Traverse. They only had one, but it was very close to what we were interested in. There were a couple of dealer options that had not been installed and it was Sunday afternoon. We left the vehicle in Bend and the options were installed Monday and it was delivered to us in Albany on Tuesday. That was nice! More

THIS DEALERSHIP IS THE WORST I bought a brand new 2018 chevy 1500 ltz z71 midnight edition and bend chevy was so nice when buying the truck. But WOW when i went back to have them I bought a brand new 2018 chevy 1500 ltz z71 midnight edition and bend chevy was so nice when buying the truck. But WOW when i went back to have them take care of the horrible paint that was so orange peeled you can stand back 20 feet and still see it. I had tried to contact the sales manager 4 different times and the sales department would not transfer me to him. So i had to drive from my town over to there town just to talk to him and when is was telling him that i was a bit upset about that and he started to YELL at me to settle down. I do not do well with people yelling at me and had to shut him down first before the body shop manager came to look at my truck and was down playing the issue and said they are all that way and that i did not buy a luxury car. I said to him in exact words that is xxxxing not acceptables and he then started to YELL at me to leave the lot. Needless to say i almost kicked his xxx right on the spot and was asked to leave by no less than 6-7 guys around me and i agreed it was the best thing to do before i ended up in jail. By far the worst dealer i have ever been to hands down. I have a claim open with chevy to get it fixed. HOPE CHEVY THEMSELVES DO THE RIGHT THING. More
